No improvement is needed . Beth Walker is knowledgeable,!friendly, and helpful . I had never renter a truck . Beth helped me choose the correct size( which was different from the size I had intended to rent ), and gave advice how to pack the truck . I will always rent at the Indoor Farm Store .

I made a reservation the day before and when it was time to pick up the truck I got a call saying the truck wouldn’t be there. So I had to go to another place, when I got there I received a call saying nobody would be there and I’d have to go somewhere else when I finally got a truck all of the stuff I reserved wasn’t there. I’m expected to have all of my money correct but the service I’m paying for can be in complete shambles... I won’t be coming back because it seems that every time I use uhaul it’s always something and nothing is ever done about it. I was told I’d be refunded $50 but that’s nothing compared to throwing my timeline off. I had people waiting for over an hour while I was sitting there waiting to pick up some I reserved, it makes no sense!!!

No after-hours key drop. Was told over the phone to leave key in cab with door unlocked and that nothing bad has happened yet. Very uncomfortable situation.

Equipment was covered in road salt from its trip from somewhere up north. Otherwise was in excellent shape. The man behind the counter could not make the Uhaul POS software work. Had to call tech support to complete my contract. Man wasn't there when I returned the equipment, even though open sign was on and it was within his normal business hours.

Did not like the self pick up .. had to call a representative because of an out of state id... didn't get my truck til 1hour later .. I reservethe truck with my out of state Id and it wasn't a problem then , so it should not have been a problem when I picked up

Worst service EVER. Dropped the vehicle off after hours, filled the gas tank up (have proof). Then received an email showing the tank was lower then half and never filler back up. Firstly I drove 58 miles there's NO way that we used a half of a tank of gas. Called explained to the agent and the agent agreed and even suggested that the someone may have siphoned the gas but there was nothing he could do to reverse the charges. He told me the boss would call me back. I asked for the turn around for the call back and the agents EXACT response was "I don't know his life, I don't know when he's going to call you back. I have someone here I have to go" he then hung up. Worst experience EVER, no one in your business understands the value of customer service. The care agent I spoke with and the rep in Acworth drop location. Disgusting service, and should never be representation of your company.
