I have been charged for CDW twice now after opting out. This time I caught it and the clerk had to void the transaction and start all over. It’s a software issue. I am still waiting on my refund of the last one. No one has responded to my email of over a week ago. Problematic management.

Ensure the associate that comes out to greet/help the customer actually greets the customer. I waited outside where the sign said to wait to drop off my equipment and no one came. When someone came out and asked if I needed help, someone came out but didn't say hello, just started working on his cell to check me in.

Quicker service. Keep the reservation promise and have the size truck I reserved there for me and not to over charge. The truck I returned was not dirty yet I was charged for it in addition to way to much charge fornrge gas.

This central U-Haul location in Agoura HIlls is always busy! We like the place and have used them frequently over the years both for rentals as well as purchases of cartons, tape, etc. We have always followed their advice and have been pleased with their care and attention to detail. Knowing in advance they are busy, we always allow plenty of time to process the transaction. Use them by all means for you DIY moving.

The pick-up truck was covered in bird-crap when I picked it up. It was so messy that I took it home and rinsed it off with a garden hose before using the vehicle. It took about 3 minutes to rinse off the dirt & bird poop, but I don't know how you can deliver a dirty vehicle to a customer. Your clerks are terribly slow, and when I picked the vehicle there was a guy in front of me arguing with the clerk about the deposit. When it was my turn, the clerk(s) had all the charm of a worker at the DMV. When I dropped off the vehicle there was a line of 5 people waiting. There was a second clerk who was in his office. He did not come out to give the one clerk help. You provide a useful service, but you need better staffing and training (e.g., when the fellow started arguing about the deposit, why not simply tell him, "I'm a clerk. This is the procedure I'm instructed to follow. I can't change the rules for you.")

most important for a guest or anyone buying a service from any place is . Exceptional service meaning be polite and at least have a second to let them know you will be right with them regardless of how many people you have working .

Trailer had outdated interior on the right side. Could not tie load to the right side. The right side of the trailer should be updated to match the front and left sides.

The location was fine the service was not. Unfortunately I reserved a TRUCK for Saturday 9/1/18. I flew into town just to move my son and only had SATURDAY to do it. Someone put down that I was renting a truck on Friday. Half way durning the day someone called me to ask if I was still picking up the truck and I told them today is Friday and I rented the truck for Saturday. They told me there was a mistake made and now there were no trucks left and all they could give me was a van. I did not have time to find a truck that afternoon and was forced to accept the VAN which was TOO SMALL and I could not get everything out of the storage unit as planned so they charged me another 90.00 dollars. I still don't know how I am going to get the rest of the items out of storage as my son is an AMPUTEE and he CANT DO IT. I don't have time to deal with this right now as my schedule is tight but I will be calling your company about this when I get home.

Although clean, the truck was dangerously shaky on the road. I don't know if the tires were seriously out of alignment, if the shocks were gone, or what. The truck did not feel safe to drive because of this.

A little more clarity on the pricing, the per mile went up from .89 to 1.09. I was in need of the truck so I didn't question it. The staff that help me are great! sorry I don't have their names but two gentlemen.

They tried to take advantage of the fact we got the $10 accident coverage and claimed false damages. They charged me and accused me of scratching the vehicle even though we had already reported those scratches were there when inspecting the vehicle prior to taking it out. They tried to pull one over on me and hope I didn't notice. Unacceptable. Only gave 2 stars because they refunded it.
