This place is awesome; however, received a call from some U-haul person wanting us to once again work as an employee without incentives to deliver to another inconveniently located store where U-haul wanted to have it delivered. NO THANKS!

I initially signed up with another location, and was abruptly transferred to this location at the last minute. Two days before the planned pick-up I called the original location and was told that I had been transferred to another location but could not tell me the name of the new location. Referred me to call Uhall. They told me the name of the new location. I felt that is a very poor way to deal with a customer. I feel tha someone from U-haul should have contacted me well in advance of the change. Very poor communications !!!!!

The person at the counter was on the phone 90% of the time, instead of attending to customers in the building. He messed up the order three times, did not have the blankets that had requested. The check in process took over 45 minutes. It was not good at all.

everything went great! I needed to keep the truck for an extra day and had no problems with that request. the only issue I had was I wanted to rent a furniture dolly and none were available.

I called Sutton Marine directly to schedule my UHaul rental because it was walking distance from both the origin and destination for my move. When I arrived at Sutton Marine at 8am to pick up my UHaul, I was told that the national office had moved my pickup location to Windy Hill, a 20 minute drive away. The only notification I received was an unclear text message the night before that my reservation was ready for the next morning, at 8:30am (half hour later than my scheduled start) at Windy Hill. Nothing was mentioned about relocating my pickup location, so I showed up at Sutton Marine and was told then that my pickup location had been changed. This meant reversing my 15 minute walk back to the house and then driving 20 minutes out of my way to Windy HIll. This delayed the start of my entire move. I received a $50 credit for this, but UHaul could have easily been more clear in their communication that they were changing my pickup location. I also find it unacceptable that if a customer specifically calls a location and asks to pick up at that location that the national office can override that location and screw up a customer's schedule.
