This place was a joke. Nice people but didn't know what they were doing. Guy who hooked up the car hawler didn't attach the changes properly of the tire restraints. Almost lost the cae two hours into the trip. Truck sounds like it's going to blow up.

The pickup process took 50 minutes. The “live verification” of my ID took 40 minutes. While waiting for any sort of update from the online conversation, I called customer service, which took 20 minutes to connect to staff. There needs to be major improvement on the live verification process because the customer service woman stated it should have only taken 2-3 minutes.

Exclusive Creations Design LLC made my rental experience wonderful. The owner was polite and very respectful. There was a little mishap with my card and the bank, she kept calm, myself as well, thanks for that. When everything cleared, she finished my paperwork and I was out the door smiling.

The pickup process was terrible in general. We had received a call on Friday before the pick up instructing that the original pick up location requested did not have enough vehicles so I was redirected to a new location. Upon arrival to the new location - they did not have a vehicle for me that I had reserved and ensured would be there. We waited for nearly an hour to be told what to do for a adjusted pick up location. Were then sent here, thank you for your help. Please look at your inventory - a lot of people in line with us were delayed and inconvenienced due to poor planning on uhaul's end.

Easy pickup, equipment ready and as described, friendly staff. Only thing was the place was closed on a Monday at both pickup and drop-off and I was scratching my head for a minute - I guess they were only opening for the rental, or I just caught them in the two 10 minute windows when no one was there. Either way, heads-up prior to arrival would have been nice.

This was a horrible experience. First, Uhaul said this location was open on Sundays from 1-5. They were not. It is in a horrible location and very difficult to find. The signage on the store front gives no indication this place has anything to do with Uhaul. There is no signage to indicate it is a Uhaul return location. There was a little typed sign on the door that indicated you could pick up Uhauls there but NO instructions at all about how to drop off. I had to call main Uhaul back to ask and they said to put keys through the mail slot. The phone number to this location offers almost no instructions. I finally left my truck, locked the doors, slid my keys through the mail slot, and hoped for the best. LUCKILY, I called the main Uhaul after that to let them know I had left the truck at this ridiculous location with no clear instructions. Then, this location HAD THE NERVE to try to charge me for an extra day of usage when they chose to arrive at work the next day and check the truck in. I was furious. This location had horrible instructions to get there, NO instructions on how to drop off a truck, and then tried to charge me for their inability to come to work on a weekend. I’ve never had problems with any Uhaul locations before and the pick-up location was fantastic. This drop off location was a disaster. I get they may want to earn a little extra money being a Uhaul site but people use Uhauls on the weekend and if that’s going to be an issue for this location, they need to stick to whatever it is they actually do.

When checking in through the website/app I felt that the calling of two persons that knows the driver was rather ridiculous and very inconvenient. If this policy isn’t changed I will probably not rent from uhaul again because I was so frustrated by it.

The problem was the online process for picking it up after hours. It took nearly 45 minutes for approval and I was being asked for a second photo ID when this wasn’t communicated previously as a requirement. I had rented two previous vehicles under this account. After returning the charges shown were inflated by more than $30 of what they should be. My receipt today shows that it was fixed but at the time it was confusing and very frustrating. All in all this experience was incredibly frustrating and I’m not sure if I would want to utilize this service again.

Great experience. The owner was easy to work with and the van was really clean and in great shape, practically brand new. I'd definitely use this neighborhood U-haul again. I wish I had known they do moving services too, I would have used them for that too. Next time!

please check that the truck does not have error messages like low tire indicators before renting-also radio wasn't working-the engine sounded awful when you needed any type of pick up and the driver door doesn't shut well. Frustrated that it took a long time to check the truck in bc to get a picture of the dashboard without the error message (to display miles) you had to catch it at just the right time. I also was charged a hand truck even though I never reserved one ahead of time but it was already in the truck & the system changed locations on me last minute for check in...this cost me more time and mileage.

I was charged $25 cleaning fee the fact that the truck was already cleaned after used. The truck was already cleaned. And I thought I can keep furniture pads because I bought them BUT no, I was charged for keeping the furniture pads. I am going to make a dispute and request some money back to my credit card.

Pick up location had untrained individual handling case. Individual used a homemade "U-haul guide". Individual was not at fault, she was set up for failure as vehicles were not checked in. Entire process took 2 hours off of my moving day just to rent a truck. Called Uhaul customer service direct and was at best given a few extra miles to ensure no further issues would arise. Bad taste left in mouth from entire experience.
