the help from computer repair store was awful.

The drop off location in Alexandria Virginia was not satisfactory, desk attendant was rude, and unprofessional. Plus he charged me 37 dollars for damages to shipping blankets. Therw was no damage to the shipping blankets but I do admit they were wet, but they were wet only because it snowed from Houston All the Way to Virginia and the blankets got snowed on while loading and unloading.. The attendant at the drop of location yelled at me that he had no control over me being charge for the wet blankets, but I have no control over the weather either I feel i should be refunded for damages that didnt incur there were no rips, no tares, no snares to any of the blankets. The were merely wet, due to the unexpected snowfall from Houston to Virginia.. Hopefully this event doesnt smear uhauls good image and reputation wit as I am a frequent repeat customer.. I may be contacted at 225-716-0657 for any other questions. I will be contacting customer service on tomorrow to try and rectify this situation.. No refund due to and Act of God,= New Penske Customer.. its just dat simple... Thanks In Advance.... Yours Truly.. M.T. Stewart..

You can do away with your mobile pick up. In your attempt to simplify and become more efficient, which really is a way for you to rent more vehicles and hire less humans to make more money, you have actually managed to come up with a system that is impersonal, dysfunctional, frustrating and more time consuming. When I attempted to use this process, I was told by customer service that I did not need to establish an account. Turns out, your site requires this. Then when I set up a password for my account, it was never recognised by your site so the entire mobile check in was a failure. Fortunately the guy in the computer store was able to set me up the old fashion way...on his laptop. Returning the vehicle was the same experience except this time the store was closed so I left the vehicle and keys with a note. Turns out, everything was fine. Seems the whole returning process is unnecessary cause except for a huge mistake of being double charged almost 3 times what my bill was, the vehicle was fine. So now, I'm waiting for an email for my refund. It's been 3 business days and nothing yet. I will call again today. Know this...I will always choose Budget or a local company from now on. You guys lost me. AND, yes, I'm telling all my friends.

The location and people working at Computer & Cellular were great. However, the self-service option for picking up the van did not work at this location. I kept getting a message that the location didn't reserve equipment for me. I tried calling the help number and instant chat but wasn't able to get it fixed. I had to wait till Computer & Cellular opened to pick up the van.

Friendly people with great customer service. They were able to help me reserve a Uhaul within ten minutes of my request. They were also very thorough. Explaining to me all the information before signing and showing me the areas on the van where scratches preexisted. Overall, the service was great.

not able to extend rental when i called the local dealer. called customer service and got an extension. when i went to pay, i was told there was no record of the extension and i needed to pay a penalty. really?

There needs to be better communication between the sales reps. Two different individuals came out to check the vehicle mileage and gas twice. Then one of the same guys came back out to check my contract again even though they already checked it inside. The process took longer than necessary, and they wasted my time.

Store owner showed up 20 minutes late. Had to check in the equipment from the prior renter before was able to help me. Somehow deleted my reservation and express check-in information from the system and had to redo everything. Forgot to add our dolly rental back in and had to put it in as a cleaning charge when we got back. A total disaster. Never renting from here again and will never tell anyone I know to do so either.
