I was charged triple what I was told and dolly was not available and I was also told id receive my money back and didn't!! Very unsatisfied!!

Rhiannon D.Stickers covered my shoes, acted like he didn't want to do a walk around, the back of the truck was dirty I had to clean it when I got to the house, inside of the truck was sticky and dirty. When I said something about the rims being black like there was brake dust he told me to if I didn't like it to take it to a uhaul dealer. He asked me to text him my card info and picture of my DL and I said no it's on file. Very uncomfortable he told me to give him a good review, but made me not want to rent a uhaul again
