They was very rude. I used self check in and return and they told me I can’t leave till they was done. So what good is self check in and out.

Make sure there are no homeless people in the rig. Make sure the vehicle is clean and ready to go. This vehicle was filthy ! Inside and out. On an upnote, it ran like a champ. Too bad it cost about a dollar a mile for fuel.

This truck was used as a camp for homless, opened it up to fine smells, bags of grossness. I will never rent at this location ever again. North st. Anderson

I had my uhaul reserved and they didn’t have any information on the system when I got there although I already put it in online.....the people could not speak English well...and it was at a gas station so at the same time I had to stop so he help other customers

I indicated to the man on the phone (not directly through uhal, but rather ACE hardware) that I would not be picking up the vehicle, however my boyfriend would. As I would be across town packing our house up- and am not able to drive a vehicle ofthat size. however, when he came to pick up the vehicle – I was called, packing, that I needed to physically be there with my drivers license for him to pick up a vehicle. And my boyfriend could not be helped at all (not the fault of the gas station attendant). I arrive at the location and confirmed the time, size and cost. The gentleman (while professional) informed me it was 10 feet....then- he wasn’t sure if it was 15 or 10 feet... I reserved15. After much back and forth, and i has been insisting it HAD to be 15 feet, he agreed to call his sister, who finally confirmed it was indeed 15. After signing all the paperwork, and having agian informed the ACE rep & the attendant we would be traveling 25-35 miles round trip, the truck has “ just barley more than 1/4 tank”. Great. Once we had the keys and were ready we began to question the gas level, what do we do? My boyfriend goes back into the gas station to ask “do we just put gas in it? Is that ok?” (We are very young adults whom have never done anything like this before& were nervous ). And the attended persists he can still ONLY help me, not my boyfriend. Frustrated- we all go to leave until our friend persists we have to know, what if we do something wrong? He goes back into the store, and after more back and forth he confirmed the gas situation to him. The only reason I picked 2 starts instead of one, was because the gentleman that workd at alliance (were we actually got the truck from). Was very gracious with us after the fact, very warm and understanding & treated us with kindness when we treated him with less than such.- we appreciate him for that. However I will definitely never use uhal agian.

I was promised a 17 foot U-Haul and got a 15 foot u haul very unhappy with the service and the guy who we picked up the uhaul from. Not only was he very rude but he was more concerned about helping other customers than making sure I got my uhaul taken cafe of.
