The truck had a headlight out. Also the check engine light was on the entire time. Truck needed maintenance but was fine for daytime, local use. The gentleman in the store was a great guy to work with! Even with the truck maintenance that was needed, it was a good experience.

First of all, I would recommend having more than one person work on a Saturday.... The fellow that worked with me was overwhelmed and dudnt explain much about the truck .... ran a lady's credit card accidentally on my account... told me I was lucky to have a dolly when I reserved one.... no apologies for waiting.... told him I needed the truck 2 days and he said he would call me later to fix the situation.... no call ... poor customer service for sure .....

Renting the van was very easy, did most of it on line. The van was almost new, drove easy. There was some wind noise when on the interstate, i think the door just needed to be adjusted. The only problem i had was returning the van, i viewed the return video, took pictures. Could not get the app to recognize my location, tried calling, got local office (it was closed-Sunday), called 1-800 number, held for several minutes, called 1-800 again got someone who transfer me to the same waiting line, where it kept asking me to give my review, finally someone answered and they sent me to an other number that said they closed at 5:00 and it was 5:00, gave up and said would handle net morning.

The gentleman at the location (Antioch) was awesome. His customer service was phenomenal. The problem had nothing to do with the location / individual. I live in Franklin, and only needed to drive the truck 5 miles. However, I had to drive 20 miles to Antioch and pay $1 per mile. So, most of my bill was just driving back and forth getting the truck.

This location is horrible and no clear instructions .They do off hour drop off but charge fully for the period of their office closure even though their truck had been standing their in their facility.It's just wrong

Have the key available, the mobile app was a waste of time to set up and the key box had no master code for the customer rep to assist so we had to drive 30 minute on the opposite direction of our house to go to a location that was open. I wasted 4 hrs at U-Haul and my movers waited for 2 hrs because I scheduled them for 9am as I was to pick up with noble app at 8am and did not get a truck until 1030 from a different t location. Horrible service.

I turned my rental in at 10am Sunday morning. It was checked in at 5:34 that evening. I held the rental for 2 days but, as I stated at checkout, I wouldn’t and did not use it for both days.
