The van smelled like the previous user used it to haul chickens or some other sort of livestock. The clerk was very slow. He needed help and my readings for mileage and gas were inaccurate and he didn’t adjust them in the computer only on my paper.

The driver's side door lock was messed up such that I could not unlock it from that side and had to unlock the passenger side and reach through. The shocks seemed pretty worn out as well. But it was clean and ran well.

The owner, Gordon, will lie to you. He was an hour late when I was there to pick up my reservation at 9 a.m. When I was trying to check out, he attempted to charge me for four days instead of the two I'd requested. I went to return the truck and he charged me $100 over the estimated amount he'd quoted me two days prior. He then attempted to charge me a $55 gas and maintenance fee because the mileage gage wasn't exactly where it had been when I got it. Do not go to this place.

It is not a safe feeling location. The trucks are located out behind the building, where you are surrounded by dumpsters and the things that come with them.

The guy who issued our truck has just endured seriously unreasonable verbal abuse from a customer in front of me. The employee handled the crazy customer extremely well and treated myself and others super nice despite a weird interaction. He was very nice and thorough and was very quick to answer any questions.

Only issue I had was that I reserved a 20’ truck and was given a 15’ but charged for a 20’. I had to make 2 trips instead of one, which cost me mileage. Please make sure if they are using your name, they give the quality expected from you.

Your trucks should have full gas tanks for the customer. I have rented two trucks within the last two weeks and both times I had to fill the tank (one had a 1/4 tank and the other had a 1/2 tank) in order to start my tripe.

It was terrible customer service !!! I was given a price of 298.00 total and it ended up costing me 350.00 and had to spent the night on the road because of such confusion of where to put the car in park or neutral virtually impossible to talk to anyone on Sunday!!!! Took me over two hours to get an answer on phone or text. I was afraid to continue traveling until I got a straight answer from some one I would like copies of All the recordings of Conversations!!!

Ordered an intown rental, truck had no gas, no equipment. Called customer service, sandy said it was ok to drop it off at another location due to all my troubles, changed it in the system, manager went back and still charged for a one way rental even though customer service representive noted the change in the system.

The truck was very hard to start. The man there knew this because he tried to start it first and told me about it. The people there were great and very kind. I would recommend that location because of them but u-haul should have well working equipment. It was very frustrating to have to keep trying to start it. it took dozens of tries each time. But the people were great.

Get rid of the black mat on the floor of the van. It’s covered in rat/mouse urine and feces. I bought a respirator because the smell was unbearable. My original reservation was cancelled, and I definitely appreciate the help to get everything set up and get the rental, but the process would be much smoother without having to wait while my entire reservation was re-created. The concept, as designed, is phenomenal. Way better than the regular way to pick up a uhaul vehicle. Just fine tune a few things and this is definitely the future.

The owner did not inform me about the chains on the auto-transport until it was on the devise. I had no time to find help for that. This is not required of him, so the main uhaul company should have informed me of this when I booked it. Also, I was not told in advance that I had to dive the car on and off the little ramp by myself.

Service was amazing. The guy working there (can't remember his name) was super helpful and explained things very well. He was very busy but was able to help multiple people on various things.I had a question about the total mileage and he explained so i could understand! Superior customer service is hard to find these days but this guy was amazing!
