When I dropped off the trailer, I looked at the website to check it back in. The site is not clear about how to drop off the unit. Luckily, the location was open and they took care of the check in.

Took 45 minutes plus just to pick up the truck. Agent kept adding stuff on my iphone app. Truck stayed in passing gear all the way to Winston-Salem, NC using $38.00 in gas for 141 miles. Speedometer read 100 mph at 2000 rpms. 40 mph while setting still. Rode like it had too much air in the tires... The Asheville store just hit my account again on 6/22/17, after almost 30 days, for the same amount of money ($154.29) that I paid back on 5/26/17...How and why do they still my my debit card info in their possession after almost 30 days. No one answered this question yet. Talked to that store 2 times without any call back or help. They passed me off to customer service rep. which was very nice and advised me to contact my bank to dispute that added charge. Complaint filed with my bank about this charge this morning. May have to file a police report as theft... May also advise the Asheville BBB of this business practice and non-help by the original store. Will not be using or recommending U-Haul from this point forward.

Customer service was very poor at drop off. The employee was rude and disrespectful to us. I would not like to have a repeat visit at this location due to this individual. Other than this, our rental would have been great.

First they were extremely busy and it took over an hour to get the truck I had reserved then I was not given the correct information on the phone and had to wait for my debit card after I was told that a cash deposit was fine. Then I had to navigate the truck around a mine field of other equipment parked all around it to get it off the lot. I ordered a dolly which I never received and there was a huge scratch on the side which I noted in the paperwork but was still blamed for when truck was returned. Aldi even though I got my truck over an hour after I was supposed to I was not aloud to bring it back at the same time I was told I would have to pay another day so only 23 hours not 24 the added expense was not expected and I couldn't afford. Very unhappy with my whole experience.

The use of online check in and check out makes the experience much easier. Many other people at the U-haul location did not seem to know about it. I still had to wait in line but once it was my turn the attendant handed over the keys and I was able to move on.

Good facilities but...only 1 employee to check in 5 or 6 of us all at one time, took 45 minutes just to get off the lot after arriving. They need to hire more help.

Truck had low tire. I had to take time, while 'on the clock' to stop and add air. I had pre-registered but still had to wait about 30 min to pick up truck. Sign-in process is cumbersome and annoying - much of it could have been completed ahead of time (photos of driver's license and head shot). Validation number is a pain...overall, new process is much more time consuming. While staff is friendly and helpful, they need about twice as many to deal with crush of Sat am customers.

As usual, reservation was not handled properly. I had to go to another local office to pick up a truck. Then after I returned it, and handed in the keys & paperwork to someone I received a call two days later inquiring about the return of the truck. When are y'all going to get it together!?!

The rental experience was stellar. My storage unit experience was very poor. First I reserved a unit for $85 a month which upon arrival I was told I had to do a $99 a month unit. After three months they sent an email informing me that they are raising the rate. Yesterday when I moved my things out of the unit I discovered that rodents had gotten to my box spring. The manager offered to dispose of the box spring, but since my account was insured by me and not them that they were not responsible. Legally this makes since, however in a space like this and the price paid to rent the space the customer shouldn't have to worry about rodents.

Did not know before hand about doing prior signing up for rental. The lady that helped us was kinda rude but I could understand with all the customers in line. Everyone working that morning (all 3 of them) we're working very hard. Drop off was a breeze and I was totally impressed with that and the ease of use of the car hauler I rented . On a scale of 1 to 5 I give the experience a 3.5 . I would recommend this location to friends and family. I would return if the need should ever arise thank you .
