I would recommend this establishment because of its location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the lady at the counter. However I am disappointed that the trailer had not been cleaned and the gentleman in the shop would not assist me in hooking the trailer to my SUV. On the other hand, I did receive help when returning the trailer in Hendersonville. (I did clean the trailer to help the next renter)

Check engine light was on and on morning of move after loading truck had a horrible metallic screeching that went on for a number of miles. Just glad it made it the whole way down.

Compensate customers for having to travel to 3 locations before they can get a truck. I shouldn’t be made to pay full price when my reservation or rental isn’t available. It defeats the purpose of reserving a rental at a certain location.



The process is already very customer friendly and fast. I cannot think of another thing that they could do differently. I had a very good experience renting a U-Haul truck from this location.

Well, other than the fact that the form said 1/2 tank and it was really about 3/8 of a tank. No big deal. I made sure it had 1/2 tank when I returned it

I received an email from UHAUL stating I still owe a balance of $111.22. I reached out to customer service to file another dispute and also request to talk to a manager. I was then contacted by area field manager, Quint Cochran on Thursday, April 20, 2017; nearly a year later informing me that I still have a balance with UHAUL. I then explained this situation to him and how overwhelmed and exhausted I was with having to deal with this last year for two weeks. Mr. Cochran who supposedly is the area field manager for UHAUL insulted my intelligence by accusing me of being a liar and that I did not pay the money owe to the company. He then proceeded to explain why he felt I still owed according to his records, I informed him that I have proof that this was false and that I can provide the documentation to have this issue resolved right away. Mr. Cochran expressed no interest in doing that. He was only concerned about getting the money from me due to what his records indicated. As a paying customer, I felt dismissed and unheard. PURE DISRESPECT. Not sure of UHAUL significance of Customer service satisfaction but this was not properly handle by Mr. Cochran. I was hoping when speaking to the Manager this issue will be rectified and resolved immediately. However, I felt my experience and issues were being ignored and overlooked. As a customer I was trying to explain that I have resolved this issue 9months ago. I asked Mr. Cochran: “how we can quickly resolve this issue”? He stated to pay what his records show I owe. I was hoping he had the answers and solution to resolving my problem in a timely manner. Never heard anything from the Management dept for UHAUL, I will not recommand anyone renting this company!
