Best customer service I have had dealing with uhaul rental. The agent is very polite and amazing personality. I would tell all friends and family about this place and his customer service

This isn't the correct drop-off location. We dropped the truck off in Buford, and the employee who assisted us was very helpful. I would rate that location above average. It was clean and inviting, and I would recommend the location.

This was the worst experience. The rental was for 10:30a. I got there about 10:40/45a. The guy didn't show until 11a. I was having a hard time understanding him, but I thought he was telling me he couldn't? get into the system to rent me the truck and I needed to call Uhaul. I did and after being on hold for 5+ minutes got transferred to the right person. He explained the truck just wasn't there. But he got me another, smaller truck rented for me. When I got in the truck, the gas was sitting on empty. I hadn't checked the contract to see where it said it was supposed to be, but I went back in and the guy and he told me to bring it back empty. I tried to get some gas there but I couldn't get the pump to work, so went somewhere else. It rained while I was moving and there were at least 2 leaks in the truck. My mattress got wet and a box full of comics got wet. Fortunately, the comics weren't damaged. When I returned it, another guy checked the truck and told me it was supposed to have half a tank of gas. I explained that it didn't when I got it and I had told that to the first guy. I also have pictures of the gauge. He gave me the bill and it had a $105 fuel surcharge on it, which I refused to pay. He went to talked to the first guy before removing it. I'm astounded by how bad this experience was. I certainly expect my $50 from the Uhaul guarantee, but I really expect a full refund.

When we arrived we were told that the computer system was down and we could not get a truck. We 2were eventually able to get one, but not without a hassle.

There was a homeless man living in the trailer when I picked it up, so it was full of trash and smelled like cigarettes. The gas station attendant never even came out to inspect the trailer or help me mount it. Good thing I watched the videos Uhaul sent before picking up the trailer.

the folks down here are pretty helpful. i have seen previous reviews but they are helping people rent so that they dont have to run around far .. so there might be little ups and downs but we should appreciate

Person renting the trucks at this location was wholly unaware of any U-Haul procedures to the point that when I had to come back and ask for the moving blankets I payed for, she had no idea what they were. Another customer also there to pickup that morning had the same issue getting her moving dolly, and again, the person had to call someone to figure out what these items were. This U-Haul location is run out of a gas station with no uhaul sign and the service that was provided was pretty poor. Cup holders were full of cigarettes and ash. Took me 25 minutes to get out of there with the truck and when I came in, I was the only one in the store. There's plenty of moving truck companies in Atlanta, so I'm happy to call this my last move with uhaul.

The people were quite unprofessional. originally we came and asked for a truck and were told that there were none. So i call the U-Haul reservation number and end up getting a reservation for a fifteen foot truck. Turns out its supposed to be picked up from the location where he just told me all the trucks were all ready reserved. (obviously not true) Then after waiting thirty minutes he tells me I'm going to have to pay an extra $10 for the 26 inch truck because they don't actually have the 15' one that i reserved. Now i thought this was strange because he never even asked me for my reservation number at all. Also didnt ask for my id until the very end so not sure how he looked anything up. I never signed anything. He never came outside to the truck or anything to see what previous damage there was or the gas mileage. Then, when we returned the truck he tried to charge us extra saying we used all the gas but when we got the truck it was on E and we actually got the gas right there at the gas station. it was just not somewhere I'd go again. Love U-Haul but only the actual locations.

Need to separate the mart business from the uhaul business or create a separate line for each business.
