I am completing this review even though I have already spoken to a customer representative the day of the rental, a manager after the rental and still have not received a follow up call or my guaranteed money back. I requested the full rental amount back but the manager could only authorize the guaranteed money first. I have yet to receive that. This is my next step with this review. This is a satellite location. When they brought the trailer to their location for me to rent, the transfer was not complete. The woman working the counter had to call corporate to get the corrections done which took quite a bit of time. It is not her fault, or the fault of the location. They were very helpful and responsive. But I have to question Uhaul's pre-check in. I have tried it a couple times and both time the process still required more time and paperwork at the time of pickup. It seems very unrealistic to bother with a pre-check in.

Quit renting out U-hauls to customers. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Very unsatisfied. I had already filled out all my rental information online and even paid online. I also filled out the Early Check-In information that was supposed to expedite my pick-up twice as fast. This location was completely clueless on how to work the operation. Everything I had filled out online was of no advantage here. I had to provide all my information and even pay AGAIN (I was charged twice) for a simple 4 x 8 cargo trailer. I was at this location for over 45 mins. I have tried contacting this location several times via phone, and have gotten no answer. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY U-HAUL BUSINESS.

Some how my reservation was changed from 300 Pryor St to somewhere off Donald Lee Hallowell. My complaint along with many others is that 'scheduling' does not communicate properly with the customer.

Our truck rental was moved to a different location without any prior notice given. The initial contract provided indicated incorrect mileage and gas level. The battery died on the way to return truck and we had to wait 1.5 hours for AAA. Horrible experience.

The gas tanks should be full when we rent it! It would be easier to fill it up when returning then trying to get the needle to 1/2 tank.

We were overcharged a day. We were charged for dollies and one other thing which we didn't ask for. Then when we returned the truck my other half was yelled at and demoralized by the owner. Including racial comments and used profanity towards him.
