I was not overly impressed with the location. Mostly because I was taken up from a quote of $359 to $402 and then by the time the dozen blankets were added, it was $444. I had to explain that was not possible. I even showed the original quote (which has since been deleted by Uhaul) I was not helped but rather told I could "file a complaint on the website." I would certainly like an explanation of that transaction. A one way from Auburn, AL to Foley, AL......

Improve the return policy for after hours returns. The app would not work. Took 30 minutes to try to return the truck and then still had to request help from a clerk.

tell your customer service person to let the customer know that you have to check in at the place that you got the truck from to stop from being charged an extra 20 like I was because I waited until I got home to check in and couldn't check in

Customer service was terrible. We waited in line for over 20 minutes and then someone came out and help another customer that was behind us and then asked us to move our vehicle so he could help that other person. We said no, not until you help us and the worker was VERY VERY rude.
