No one was in the building when I came to pick up my reservation (outside helping someone it seemed). A sign like "we'll be right back!" would've been a great help.

Early customers get the most abused vehicles. Improve this by reversing the policy and giving early customers the newest vehicles. Some sales staff very abrupt, do not communicate well.

The pick up location with miles away from where I had requested. I had to drive into Seattle downtown to get to the U-Haul. When I got there they suggested that I come back after I filled my truck before putting my car on a dolly. When I came back through Seattle traffic it turned out my car was too low for the dolly. The employees there try to make it work anyway which resulted in the front of my car getting smashed. i now have a claim filed and I had a buy an expensive ticket to fly back to Seattle to get my car.

Truck was old (~124000 miles) and beat up. It was difficult to document the pre-rent condition. Please consider being able to upload pre-rent damage photos rather than needing to textually describe truck condition.

Nothing I can think of really - the staff on site were personable, informative and efficient in getting us out the door with a great vehicle that solved our transportation dilemma well! We needed to extend the rental period several times due to unforeseeable time delays and the extension process was super easy to negotiate - keep up the great work sirs and ma'am's!

Don't advertise one price and charge another. $1.09 per mile "wear and tear" charge is a joke and one of the highest of all the rental companies. Paying $156 for a 4 hour cargo van rental is absurd.

Dishonest advertising of pricing and a ridiculous nonsensical after hours check-in system. Even without the additional Collison protection, and the additional session, it was 3x more than what is advertised for in-city moves. They added fees after I had signed the contract. As for the check-in, the amount of pictures was unnecessary and the information that they make you gather & "prove" is obviously verifiable when the vehicle would be checked by an attendant. I shouldn't have to make an account with uhaul they have my contract information already in the system. While the employees were helpful, I will be actively recommending any other company other than uhaul for a move.

Your receipts need to be more clear & show all charges. I made a purchase at time of rental which only showed on the original paperwork. It should be referenced on receipt. Also, 2 charges appeared on 2 different days. I was told that 1 set should drop off my credit card statement within 5 days or to contact the main u haul #. This is not acceptable.



Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Renting was super-easy. A perfect experience.
