It could be more clear in the email for when you pick self check out that you'll still have to go to the counter to get the key. Also it seems like the online order of boxes is disjointed from the truck rental. I couldn't find an email from Uhaul confirming the order for boxes. But honestly, the manager was great and I'd probably just go thru the regular route - then again the self checkout was pretty good too. Nice work.

Was told I would not be charged an extra day rental if I was 30 mins or so late. I dropped keys in outside box at 5:45ish pm and was charged that extra day of rental, insurance, and dolly use fee.

I rented the smallest 10' truck. I should have checked before I rented the truck, but I was under the impression that all the trucks had loading ramps that pull out from the back. The truck I was rented did not have a ramp which was the main reason I rented it. Again, I realize that I did not check to make sure I was getting a truck with a ramp. But I just wonder if some of them have ramps and some don't.

I was very happy and comfortable using this location the assistant s there r very helpful and understanding with my situation I was the one confused with how my storage location operated they assured me that I could keep my truck and bring it back that morning due to my situation and it worked out perfectly with know problems thanix so much Uhaul is the best Benita Ellis see u again in five.

I drove only 6 miles total, but got charged way too much for gas. I was expecting maybe 1 gallon (or Liter whatever the unit is) but got charged 2. 2 gallons for 6 miles? Really??

I'm not happy. There was only 1/4 tank of gas in vehicle when rented. I said that it was unacceptable and basically I had to start my move by filling the tank, and then attempt to return with a similar amount of gas. I added gas to the tank to what I thought was 1/4 tank. When I received my bill it appears a I returned with 1/8 tank - not 1/4. Because I was 1/8 of a tank off, I was charged $30 service fee, and $22.50 for gas. This is completely unacceptable. It should have been a full tank and I could easily return with fill tank. It's completely unacceptable and bad policy. I suspect the next person renting that truck had 1/8 tank, and the fee and gas I paid for after the fact was never added to the truck. I have been a loyal customer of UHaul at Falls Road. I won't rent again. It's totally unacceptable that I was charged over $50 for 1/8 of a tank of gas.

The manager at this store was exceptional. i had an issue with the quoted price on the phone and that given to me at the store during pick up. She went out of her way to set things straight. Smart, understanding and reasonable! Always we will choose U Haul.

There must have been a problem with the engine/fuel. I drove roughly 20 miles and had to put in 9 gallons of gas. that is 2.2 mpg. The Uhaul employees said they would have to confirm with a mechanic and couldn't do anything about it. I had to spend alot of money to re-fuel the truck which seemed to have been unnecessary. it would be nice if Uhaul would credit me for the unnecessary gas that was burned.

I've always had problems renting from this location. Usually unfriendly and unprofessional. Talking on the phone during our transaction. eating and talking. I called several times last evening to let the Call Center to let them know that I had no Air Conditioning, nor key-less entry and no back up "beep" on the van I rented. They kept transferring me to roadside assistance and they never picked up! What kind of emergency assistance is that? The van was loaded last evening so I wasn't able to return the vehicle until this afternoon (when it was due). I told the associate, Janice, my plight and she said she couldn't help me with the price (which I was upset about since it was hot and humid since yesterday). I was flabbergasted and she said sorry, "That renting a vehicle with A/C was a luxury" and that because I did complete my trip, there would be no discount. This is horrible customer service and no way to run a business. I am unlikely to be coming back to this location and am hesitant about renting from U haul all together.

One of the employees left his head phones in the vehicle. The company gave him (with out my permission) my personal cell phone number and he called and texted me from his cell phone. I thought it was highly inappropriate for my private number to be given out to someone I don't know without my permission. The guy was very friendly and worried about his belonging and I understand that I just don't think my number should be given to staff members without my acknowledgment.

Passenger side mirror could not hold position which posed a safety hazard when trying to change into right lane. Latch for wheel jack broken so jack flopped around back of van while driving which was annoying.
