They were great! They even helped me hook up the trailer.

The online confirmed a truck and a different location in Bastrop. I ordered a 26ft and was to go to Bastrop feed. The online shouldn’t confirm a truck that is not available. The people who are in person at all 3 locations where helpful and kind

I was charged for a dolly and there wasn’t one in the truck

Didn't even pull 10 ft out of parking space and the 36 foot truck was not road safe at all. Brakes and power steering squealing loudly, oil light on and very nasty. When I told the cashier handling my U-Haul transaction and ask for another truck she said she had to call her boss. He tells her "oh that just means it's coming up time for maintenance but it's ok to drive". I ask, who do I call if it quits and she said "Oh you call U-Haul". I ask, what number do I call and she gave me a toll free number. I said no give me another truck and she gave me a 20 ft truck that was newer but the box was full of dirt (a lot) and trash. The cashier sweep it out. Then when I bring the truck back the same cashier is there behind the counter, another young girl and the manager I assume and just stare looking at me. I ask are going to inspect the truck and try to show her a receipt of the gas I replaced and she said no need. I ask the cashier how muck is my card going to be charged and give me a receipt please. Cashier says "I don't know we won't run your card till later tonight when closing. I said, oh no you will tell me now exactly how much. The manager tells her something in Iranian or something and was rude. I then check my phone and had received an email from U-Haul with an receipt showing amount charged and details of mileage before and after and how much gas before. When I told the cashier about the email she seemed surprised. Those sub-contractors or whatever they are in relations to U-Haul they are dishonest and I will never go to that location ever again.

Needed a truck for a quick 65 mile run to pick up some large items before Christmas. Truck was ready to go and the guy at the counter was quick and helpful. Terrific service, good vehicle. Couldn't ask for more.

I would definaetly check the inside of the truck before renting it to the next person. My truck had trash and broken glass all inside of it. My daughter got her hands cut trying to help me and it was extremely irritating. I swept out all of the glass in hopes the next person was not affected.

Luckily I stopped for gas a few miles after picking up the trailer because as I pulled into the gas station the trailer came off the ball. I have the correct 2" ball, so the attendant obviously didn't put it on correctly. Luckily I was only going a couple miles an hour so it didn't damage my vehicle or the trailer.

It’s a Chevron gas station that doesn’t even have a Uhaul attendant.

Victor was very helpful. A pleasure to work with.

1.Clean truck prior to rental 2.Have clear concise drop off instructions for one way rentals 3. Send e-mail with drop off instructions at least one day in advance instead of day of return (some people may turn in rental early). Allow customer to choose pickup and drop off time online. 4. Allow customer to choose drop off location on line

I left the gas tank as they left me in the middle, and I took a picture of the pillage and gasoline, and I do not stay out of the 48 miles they gave me, please return that money that was charged

We rented an U-haul because we had an overnight youth trip planned. However, as the day approached, we realized we were going to have bad weather, and would need and enclosed trailer to haul everyone’s luggage. We have a small youth group so we only needed a small trailer. We picked up the smallest enclosed trailer that is available, loaded it up, and headed to our destination. After driving through torrential downpours for 4 hours, we finally arrived at our hotel. Only to realize that that 2/3 of the luggage was soaked! Drenched! It was a mess. Once we unloaded everyone’s soaking wet things, someone pointed out a sign that stated “This trailer is NOT waterproof, it is ONLY water resistant.”... Seriously??? So, the moral of the story, Don’t rent a U-haul if it’s going to rain and you need it to keep your items dry. If you do, you will be wasting your money.

The box part of the truck (floor) was left unclean at time of rental. Returned in same condition as when rented.

Personal opinion, gas stations do little to nothing to the trucks. Not 1 piece of contract info did I walk out with. If there are convient store customers, you are the last priority. I never get WiFi or cell phone service the store in wills point so I write notes and stick them in s box

Truck was dirty and the cab coffee spilled on the console. Said it had a quarter tank of fuel but it was in between a quarter and empty so I have immediately put gas in the truck. The floor in the box of the truck was dirty we had to sweep it out before loading
