I had a reservation that was made the Tuesday before pickup day. It was given away because it was claimed I wasn’t there within a 30 minute window. 7:00 reservation time, I was there at 7:10. People in front of me took 30 minutes doing business. Had to go through hoops just to get a smaller van for just one day. Claimed I should have given a courtesy call. Totally unprofessional way to do business. I had rented a 15ft van before from this location, had to add 3 quarts of oil and live with a stinky, leaking radiator in that van. There is absolutely no sense of urgency with the employees at that location. Terrible. I will never do business there again nor recommmend anyone go there.

There were some coffee stains on the cupholder which kind of pissed me off when I went to clean it up and bring it back and I hadn’t drink any coffee, But the inside of the truck was clean and that was what was most important to me… All in all I’d say you guys are doing a very good job!

The young man who originally received me as a customer and completed my reservation was very nice, patient, and courteous. Yet It was already dark by the time I picked up my rental so I had to drive on the road at night and the windshield was extremely filthy both inside and out. UHaul has you sign off on the contract that you're going to return the truck to them clean. I have no problem cleaning the truck once I've dirtied it up if that's the case, but to have to stop and clean a window after renting a truck because I cannot see is unimaginable . It was very dirty, so was the rear view mirror. However they cleaned the interior. Yet it was so heavy with the scent of chemical in that little space that it was almost unbearable. I had to open the windows to air out the truck while driving to keep from coughing so much which was also unfortunate because it was cold outside. The location opens at 9 a.m. on the Sunday I dropped off. I returned to the same location at 8:50 a.m. to wait for them to open so that I can change my method of payment and be on my way. If I did not need to physically speak to someone I would have put the keys in the night box and left. So I waited until the agents arrived which was at 9:03 am. When I attempted to walk in I was stopped at the door by Taylor who said We are not actually open yet, and closed the door behind himself. At 9:06 he came back outside to find out which vehicle I was dropping off. He walked to the truck, collected the mileage, showed me the total, and told me he would put my return completion on hold because the young man inside was still opening the store. Just give him time to open and then they would help me. No problem. So there I stood outside waiting with my purse in the cold. I looked at my phone and noticed it was about 12 minutes after 9. It makes sense to me that if your business opens at 9 a.m and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to open your location, then you should be there 10 to 15 minutes early. I get that people run late at times so ok. I remained patient. However Taylor contined to move around the property going in side and out collecting keys from the Dropbox and looking at trucks he passed me outside three times as I waited for them to open the store with no acknowledgement. It's not that I was looking for him to babysit me but being that I was outside waiting at his request it would have been nice for him to say ma'am a few more minutes or ma'am you can go ahead and now once the store was opened, as a courtesy. At about 9:20 I looked into the store and noticed that there were other people moving around in the store so I took it upon myself to step into the store to find four people in line that came in through the other entrance and also Mr. Taylor in side of the store. Out of respect for their business operations I waited outside for them to open and again Taylor passed me outside on three occasions and did not bother to say to me ma'am the store is open now you can go in and be helped.

U-Haul need to take the money when they say they will but didn't not and had to pay an extra 37.77 on top of 66.37 don't think that right but thanks anyway

The after hours check in process doesn’t take in to account if someone returns a truck in bad weather. I was in pouring rain taking pictures with a non waterproof phone and getting soaked. There were 4 trucks pulled in front of me so I could not get under the awning. I would suggest to shorten the check in process to the location check in and pics of the mileage and gas level. Charge extra for a dirty truck when you inspect at open. The staff was friendly and the location was well maintained. I did not have a problem with the employees. Great staff.

It took a long time at the drop off location before I could speak to a person. He recorded the wrong fuel gauge reading and when I asked him to re-read it, he asked me to call the 800 number. Very professional, wouldn't you say?

Talked to someone on the phone and was told one thing, got to the store and was too something totally different from what the person explained on the phone. When I returned the rental they tried to over charge me. They documented that the tank was on 7/8 but when a guy in the store pulled the records, we found out it was actually at the 3/4 mark. Also, I actually wanted my estimated mileage to be 30 they end up putting 25 on the paperwork.

The truck wouldnt start 3 times during my move, the A/C went out on me after the first boost off. The lady at the front desk fast talked me into a signature for full that wasnt there, i called soon as i left the Uhaul location and ahe said she will note it. When i returned the Uhaul she was gone and there wasn't any note of it anywhere. I took pictures of the fuel level soon as I talked to her. They wouldn't refund my money nor even attempt to reason with me about the problem. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE, not blaming all locations, but the one I visited receives a zero!

I went to Uhaul rent a I rent a center 26th and truc at about 6:30 that evening off 5 and 4 they got ready to close came back pick you up lost money cuz I checked it out could I use it amec regretted it lost $ $100 check in rear-ended it I needed more time I thought they said at 6:30 R6 I got I got there before 6:20 they were closed I lost another 220 $202 I'm very disappointed I've been with U-Haul a long time but now I must go and look for another company because I have to travel to Atlanta Georgia U-Haul have really taken a lot of money for me and I'm very disappointed that's that's what I call the Portis the service of the young guys that worked on me to help me that day and service me they were very good that morning that Monday morning when I went in for to return the truck the white gentleman and the black lady that was there or not a good service at all no discounts no help gave me my receipts told me that's what it was didn't try to help it all I think this is my last time that I will be using you ever again I heard that budget is much better and pricing and they help you better so I'm lost what you guys again this is not my first time was with you guys this is my second time I'm Lisa Sanders I can't afford to keep paying your bills in my bills to that won't work that will not work so that's my comments to Uhaul I think I rob peter to pay Paul and I did not appreciate that much money coming out of my account and paying for a truck for nothing the gas was in way over the amount of gas to put in it all the way in about 5 or 10 miles 15 miles which I had to go on it I had your 50 miles to go on it I didn't go with my mileage I was so angry I didn't get a chance to even find out how much mileage I did go but I know the first time I turned it it was so and a storage was just right around the corner from my house it should not have been no more than 10 or 15 miles so that's the end of my service with U-Haul I'm going to search for more because I have to go move to Atlanta Georgia you guys will not get that $900 out of me are 8 or $1,000 to me I feel your loss of very good customer keep your service to yourself I'm not please I'm not satisfied and I don't ever want to come back because if you took that you take more have a good life and move on and I will to God bless you y'all did this to me during the time of the flood the same thing I should have came back again to let you do this to me but you get me again that's it to strikes and you go out you out have a good one

I tried to do the online check in but it did not work I had to go inside and finish my check in. I also ordered a dozen blankets but when we got to our house we realized they were not there so if we got charged for them I would like to be reimbursed.

Don't know how to phrase this comment, however, here goes - picked up my trailer - roughly 20 minutes from the time I arrived at U Haul's facility - ditto for dropping off two days later. Nice folks.
