Everything was great for our 15+ hour drive. The only issue I had with my 6x12 trailer was every time I would take it off, it was a pain in the neck to put back on for some reason. Other than that, it was great. Michael at the Airline location was very helpful and also Cedric at the Florida Boulevard location was really helpful as well with getting a trailer for me and hooked up.

This may be standard procedure but the way the rest of the team reacted to it did not seem that it was. When I dropped off the car dolly had mud on the tire cover. I was told that if I wanted to go clean it then I could avoid a fee. When I asked how much the fee was. He said 50 dollars. The two other people worked seemed to think that was not necessary. The mud would have taken 5 min to spray off with a hose. That is almost more than I spent renting the equipment. The guy later said that it was normally 70 but he was cutting me a deal.

Strong tobacco smell in cab....YUK The morning I went to make my trip the OIL CHANGE REQUIRED warning came on. I went anyway, but was worried the whole time I would burn up the engine. Vehicle drove well overall, good AC. Just please no smokers!!!!!

We arrived to pick up our rental, waited quite a while to even be checked in, and when we finally got our rental the tire pressure in one tire was 14 while the rest were 80. The owner checking us in showed me how to bypass the "sensor". And seemed annoyed when I stated that I would like the tire filled. It was unsafe and not likely that I would use them again.

No associate came to the truck to verify the amount of gas in the truck at the time of pickup, and then charged me the $30 refuel fee after I returned the truck with more gas than I started with. The amount of gas in the truck at the time of pickup was so low that I had to put gas in it before I started my project. I think Uhaul should make sure that the trucks have fuel when the customers pick up the truck. It's called customer service.

Fire micheal Boyd.. he is the rudest sloppiest sales person ever..not to mention he had headphones during the transaction and ignored me when I asked simple questions about the rental and literally just stared at me and never answered..he truly doesn't care about being employed there and is a big hendrance to you all customer service team.. I will try my best to never use uhaul again simply because of how rude he was... this was first and last time!

Check out was great, manager was very curtious and polite. Out quick. Check in on the other hand was not so great. Five employees huddled around a computer screen with no time for me. No other customers to deal with, but yet I need to wait and go through "the line". I was in a hurry, so I backed and disconnected the trailer myself. No problem of course. I just felt like I was a bother and the Pack was to busy for me. The pay check...

This place is extremely unprofessional and the truck I was rented clearly need some serious maintenance. The truck I had, I had to hold the steering wheel side was to keep the truck straight and I had to smash on the gas to go 40 mph. I had used this place about 4 years ago and I did not like my experience then and I had started useing the uhaul place on Florida Blvd. by the Kia dealership. I came back to this uhaul place is hopes of everything changing. That was a big NEGATIVE place is even worse and I wasn't going to complete the survey but what really pushed me over the edge is when I brought the truck back no one said good evening, how was the truck, was everything okay or anything but held his hand out for the key and DID NOT say have a good or have a good rest of your day or anything but before I got to the light I was charged for those extra miles I had occurred. This place is all about making a dollar and not retaining customers. But for now on I will spend the extra money and go to Penske at least I will feel valued.

I did my reservation online and somewhere along the line, my pickup location was changed from what I had asked for when I made the reservation online and didn't know it till I went to pick the truck up. Because of the change, I had additional mileage from what I estimated and thus my cost went up. When I dropped the truck off, the worker informed me that I need to fold the furniture pads or I would be charged a cleaning fee. So I took 3-5 min to fold the 6 pads and leave them in the middle of the floor in the back of the truck. A cleaning fee for that, REALLY? So, at the end of the day, U-Haul messed up my day and I will not use them again. The company is nothing like it use to be and I now remember why I had switched to Penske. While they cost more, their customer service puts U-Haul to shame.
