Have a couple of more choices besides just a van
Keep longer hours to return equipment
Nothing to do to make better
I should've been about $90 on the day and wound up being charged $189. Security fees and extras. I was told I could return it to any u-haul Store by the representative who gave me the keys. Then it turns out I had to drive 15 miles back to return it to the same place. Fraud all the way. I will never ever rent another u-haul again in my life. Hope it was worth scamming me out of an extra $100 to lose a customer.
Drop off is hard to find and desolated for night drop off
Truck could use new wiper blades. Other than that. A+
The inside of the cab was dirty it hadn't been cleaned out like the cup holders and the floor the back had not been swept out there was screws and some broken glass on the side panel the truck was a newer truck it ran very well I was very happy with the overall performance when I dropped it off I made sure it was swept from front to back and I even swept the front of the cab so the next person doesn't get it with dirt on the floor.

Excellent customer service and very nice associate. Would use you again if needed to in the future. 5 stars in my opinion is too low it should be 10 stars.
better signage out front on road. i drove past it 2 times in the dark.
Terrible service dealing with U-Haul. They changed are pick up location and time. Drop off, we were incorrectly being charged an extra $75 and it took a 30 minute phone call to U-Haul to correct this. This is the 2nd time I've had a terrible experience with U-Haul. I will not be using U-Haul's service ever in the future, also telling friends and family of the terrible experience.
Staff was very accommodating considering our reservation got moved from a 8 a.m. pick up in Brick, NJ to an 11 O'clock pick up in Bayville - almost 20 miles out of our way - one way
No one there when I dropped the truck
New truck ...nice ride ...suggest a bigger truck to tow a car otherwise all good
when arrived at 10:30 am the door was locked. after waiting for about 15 minutes and wondering if they were open' one person opened the door and was the only person there. had to wait until the computer turned on and was ready to be used. attendant was not sure of the process. very nice person
Not much. The service was great. Lauren was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered any questions I had. In this day and age customer service is very important, after all that is the person representing the company,and the reason why I would or wouldn't come back. Thanks Lauren.
The truck had 110,000 miles, windshield was cracked, the inside was dirty, the airbag light was on.. the lady at the front desk was nice.

Clean the truck's windshield between customers when possible. Answers above are "N/A" because the location was a closed drop-off only site on Sunday.
I was a little nervous because this was my first time renting a van, but the process was easy, the staff was friendly, helpful & patient, the van was brand new & easy to drive. I was very impressed with the self pickup app for my smartphone- really easy to use. Good job!
