Lady there was very rude and even after her boss said to not charged me she still tried to chage me anyways as if I didn't hear him say don't had to have a manager come up had been getting the "run around" all that day and know one cared...they were very unprofessional while in the middle of helping one customer they would bounce back in front without finishing up with the first customer very confusing to who she was talking to I will never do business with u-haul again nor recommend it to anyone else

My final bill was 125 however I am still being charged 166. Will I receine my refund any time soon? Otherwise everything was just fine. Staff very friendly and helpful.

When I changed pick up time, the person working told me I had a specific date to return the truck, but he was wrong, so Uhaul ended up giving me an extra day at no charge. It was a long distance move.

Picking up the trailer went fine, gentleman that checked me in also got the me hooked up and ready to go. Returning the trailer literally took about two minutes. Pulled up, young girl unhooked the trailer, and I was on my way. Very quick, very easy, and everyone was very nice. Thank you!

I reserved a 15 foot truck for Sunday July 3rd to be picked up at 10:00am. I have two e-mails and a text message to verify this and the truck was not available until 4:00 pm that afternoon. My husband and I were moving to Louisiana and he needed to be there to start a new job on Tuesday July 6th. By the time we picked it up that afternoon, went home and packed it it was after 8pm that night. The store blamed the call center in Houston and the call center in Houston blamed the store. I talked to a girl named Rebecca to make the reservation. This left us one day to drive to Louisiana from Texas, unpack and set up a new household. I talked to a gentleman named Colin and he gave us a discount of 25% and added some miles but it was difficult move to make with so few hours to do it in. My husband and I are in our mid fifties and we do not know anyone where we moved so there was no help to be had. I appreciate the discount and added mileage. The girl working that morning in Beaumont was rude and did not care that I had two confirmation e-mails and a text message. She said my reservation was for the 4th of July by her records and there was nothing she could do. Rude and obnoxious! The drop off point is on a busy highway even late at night. Hwy 61 is a main route to get to New Orleans. It was poorly lit and we could not find the drop box for the keys. I later found out there are two driveways and the trucks are parked on one and the lock box is on the other. If we had found the lock box that night my husband would have had to walk in the dark on the shoulder from one driveway to the other. This is not safe. ABA rentals called me the next morning for the keys because the truck we rented was blocking their driveway. I did not appreciate being woken up to return the keys after a trying day the day before. My total experience with Uhaul was very disappointing. When I tried to call the place per the instructions on the paper no one would answer. What is the point of offering a phone number if they don't answer?

The a/c didnt work and the guy at the location where we picked up and dropped off didn't much care. He was smug and sarcastic and tried to tell me he'd charge my card whatever extra fees there were and I'd get an email. I told him he would not "just charge my card" without my authorization and he was flippant and said, well, you'll have to wait. So, I waited. He said it would be $10 a blanket that was left unfolded and said, "you picked them up folded, didn't you?" I sure as heck did because I PAID for them to be clean and folded. UHaul may be the only provider of this type in this town, but you sure don't have to act like it. Pitiful customer service - typical "customer service" attitude.

Make it more clear during the reservation process which locations have availability for which vehicles at what time. If I had been able to select date, time, location, and truck type and received an answer that one of those factors was not possible, I could have made a more informed decision

Worst experience ever! It has nothing to do with the workers nor service at the Milam location! The location at the Eastex Freeway sucks! My claim has yet yo be resolved and its been nearly a week! I will not be using UHAUL in thr future! I will let all family and friends know of my experience as well.

I rented a 26' truck a week in advance to move my family. Called the day before to confirm. Was told it was there. Showed up at 9 am and they said "sorry no truck". That was Saturday. They rescheduled me for Monday. Rearranged my moving crew and went Monday to get the truck. They gave me a truck and by the time we got 3 miles down the road, the heating coil was leaking into the floorboard of the drivers side. We had to return the truck again. They gave me another truck. Never offered a discount or $50 check as advertised. So I doubt I will use UHaul again. I have used them for years but have had more bad experiences than good

I needed a 26' truck. I made a reservation on Friday 6/17 for a truck on 6/19. I needed the truck by 9am I get a notification that my pick up time changed to 1pm I called the store on 6/18 to change my time to 9am. They said I could get it at 10:30. I was at the store at 10:30 No truck. I had to take a smaller truck and this delayed me completing my move. I had to make two trips instead of just one. and it took 11 hours to get moved. I am still not finished and have to take tomorrow off to finish the job 6/22. I don't like doing business that way and will not do business with U haul any more.

Reservation pick up changed 3 times in 4 days. 2nd pick up point tells me they don't have a appliance dolly but I can pick up at another location. (((Why can't they pick up and have with the truck???))) I ca. Appreciate the fact that UHaul is busy right now but you have SERIOUS problems handling the business you have. Will not be a repeat customer.

When I called on the evening before my reservation this location couldn't find my reservation. They told me to check the other Beaumont location, which was closed. I called the national reservations number and they told me there were NO trucks available. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and magically a truck was available. Very poor customer service.
