We were not informed that weekend rates apply on a Friday I was told that millage would be .79 cents a mile instead when we picked up the truck we were told that it was .99 cents a mile instead and that we had to buy their insurance we could not use ours that we have had for over 13 years with the same company so more expense out that was not excepted. Your workers do not tell the customers everything up front they wait till you go and pick up the vehicle and that is so wrong we will not use this company again. If I need to use a truck I will see about Ryder next time.

They forgot to give me my utility dolly and blankets when we came to pick-up the truck. I did not realize until I got back home in Port Arthur. When I called to let them know, I felt like there was no real customer service. Had to drive back out to Beaumont to pick them up. We came and picked up the truck on Sunday - only one person in the office to service many customers. Wait time was about 20-30 minutes. She seemed okay but looked like she might of been hungover. She was trying very hard to be efficient.

The first truck they put me in had brake problems, noticed it before I left the parking lot so they switched me out. Second truck they put me in needed a whole new front end. It was unsafe to drive but I did it anyways because I didn't have the time to switch through a hundred unmaintained trucks. Then when I turned in the vehicle they were busy with other customers and said I could just leave the paperwork and they would check it in shortly when they were done. 3 days later I get my invoice and I've been charged for extra days because they didn't check it in the day I turned in. Complained and received the overcharge back after having to call all day to get ahold of a manager to fix it. I will never use uhaul again after this. Terrible vehicles, terrible service.

Unfriendly employees. One employee sitting at desk complaining about having to call customers that were behind on storage rentals. Did not even offer to help me. The second employee finally came outside but made me unhook the trailer from the pickup. You could tell he didn't want to be there. Complaining of the heat outside.

I reserved a truck and trailer for one way from this location. I was not told that I had to pick up the trailer andbtruck at a different location 20 miles away. Then the place that was suppose to have everything did not have the trailer and I had to go back to the first place to pick it up.

I was overcharged three times. I called customer service four times and nothing was done to correct the issue. I was charged for the storage and the first month should have been free...I will never do business with UHAUL again NEVER...they're careless with my money

Please put a crank jack on each trailer so that you can unhook it from the tow vehicle.

Uhaul changed the pickup location for the auto transporter, messed up my plan, and made me pay additional fees to the towing truck who had to be diverted back from Vidor where Uhaul changed the pickup to. The towing truck was already in Vidor and that cost me $140 in additional fees and charges. It is unacceptable for Uhaul to change prebooked appointments without first contacting the customer. Uhaul just messed up my arrangements and wasted my time and money.
