I was supposed to pick up at 8am at a different location. Uhaul changed my pick up to vault storage which doesn't open until 10am. I stood in front of this location for 1 hour until their employee decided to show up for work that day. After which the truck was not ready to go, I had to clean all the snow off and I had to hook up the trailer. Anytime I've ever picked up a U-Haul, the truck was hooked up to the trailer and ready to go. I was supposed to start my long day of moving at 8:30am but because of U-Haul and The Vault Storage's major screw up, I didn't get started until almost 12:00. Worst experience ever. Will not be using U-Haul or this storage location ever again and will make sure everyone else knows never to use these companies.

I would never recommend uhaul to anyone. I reserved a truck weeks in advance only to show up to the first location which was not open on time. After nearly an hour of waiting the truck did not start. 30 minutes later they found another truck 25 miles away and through several tolls. Not only did I have to drive past my moving location and back with the truck and incur those tolls. My other vehicle had to incur these costs and gas. This caused my move to be delayed 3 hours with paid workers having nothing to do. Uhaul issues a $75 credit which does not nearly reimburse me for my added costs and time. That is a joke. I am moving again in 1 month and will not even consider uhaul for this.

the only reason this location was excellent was because of the manager Vicki !!!.....u haul company put me through hell & this amazing manager Vicki was so very good with me with all the crap uhaul put me through & I request a transcript of everything that we had to deal with on march 21 2016 including phone conversations with uhaul company & request being reimbursed......

Picked up in Beaver Falls,Pa. Returned to the Ellwood City, Pa location.Get ur story straight U-Haul! I was TOLD it was Ok! I don't like being threatened...with a lawsuit if I didn't return it. It was overall a negative experience. Had appt 4 pick-up at 10am. Computer problems...No receipt. Trailor still attached. Left after 1105. And then a message the next day. I'm tired of being nice! I will never get a U-Haul again. Cost me time and money!!

Check in lady was rude to my agent. When a receipt was requested she stated she had emailed it. My agent said he was required to have a receipt your clerk walked out on him stating "too bad she had to go",,,very rude.

Ruthann, the woman who handled my rental pickup was clearly overwhelmed by the computer system to refuse the insurance I was charged for (that I didn't authorize) and was clueless about where I needed to drop my rental off or who to contact. At the end of my transaction, she closed her window and handed me a piece of paper and walked away. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone. I'm thankful my rental was only one way.

There was no one there except an elderly woman to assist in any way. Did not inspect the equipment prior to load out. I had to hitch up the trailer by myself, which luckily I know what I'm doing. This could have been a huge negligence liability issue for U-Haul had a novice been made to do the same thing.

Our reservation was to pick up our equipment at 10:30 AM. The employee at the location didn't arrive until 11:15 AM. My fiancé and I stood around in the snow for 45 minutes not knowing if we would have a rental truck. It was an unpleasant start to a long day. Will not rent from this location again.

The woman at the desk was friendly and efficient and very clear with her instructions. That we appreciated. However, the floor of the cab was a little dirty and had some waste paper on it. We didn't really mind that, but would have liked to have had a cleaner cab.

The lady that helped us at the Vault was not well informed on how to do her job. She seemed to have a bit of an attitude. We were not able to receive the truck for at least half an hour to 45 mins. after the reservation time because of this. The truck was dirty and it leaked. The truck that U Haul recommends for my size home was not sufficient and did not fit all of my stuff. I had to make extra trips and find extra vehicles to finish moving so as not to go over the 100 mile limit.

The only thing I would tell anyone using this location, is to guard against getting locked inside this facility as I did for half an hour, with no staff on hand to let you out. When someone finally came to let me out, I found her to be less than apologetic, and in fact left me with the impression, that she felt this was somehow MY fault, and a big inconvience to her! Then she did not like where I had dropped of the trailer, and demanded that I move it. Good luck Uhaul!
