They said a window was missing on the report then told me it was a little side mirror that was never on the truck when I picked it up. They didn't want help, first gave me a bad number to HQ they said I had to call. I spent 2 hours trying to straighten out due to their paperwork not noting a missing mirror...Terrible!

I was told that the truck and trailer would have been checked for tire pressure and clean. After I got the trailer home I had to haul garbage out of it then after I loaded it I found out it had two flat tires and one that was too dangerous to travel with. I had to call an 800 number and wait for someone to come an replace 3 wheels and tires.

The overall facility and the visual aspect of the truck was presentable however the 4 year old retread tire that blew out and hit my new Acura TL behind me in a construction zone was VERY unacceptable. Especially from a company that prides itself in "safe" moves for "Family and Friends" and the only comment and compensation I got was "We are sorry" and a 10% discount....RIDICULOUS!!!! I can honestly say that I am one VERY vocal and UN-HAPPY ex customer!

The location I FINALLY got to pick it up was GREAT!!! However, I reserved the trailer online to be picked up in Centerton. My confirmation page showed to pickup in that location. I went to 3 different locations in that town and it was at NONE of those. I spent 2 hours running down a location that no one told me it wasn't available at any of that towns locations. No one offered to call and find out why it was not at any of that towns locations. I finally had to call the 800 number, MYSELF, and was told, "oh, I'm sorry, there wasn't one available at any of those locations. You will need to go to Bella Vista." I was not called, texted or emailed that the location had changed. I ended up wasting 2 hours of my time, not to mention the gas, wear and tear on my vehicle locating the correct pickup location. I was very disappointed in the main service. The location in Bella Vista had great people there that were super nice and helpful!

It would be nice if Uhaul would follow through with what I was told and what was advertised on your website and refund my $50 since my truck wasn't at the location I was supposed to pick it up at. I called and talked to a nice guy who gave me a reference number for my $50 refund. When I called to check on it, the guy on the phone said that I didn't qualify for the $50 and someone would contact me and explain why. Nobody contacted me. Poor customer service. The company must be too big to value customers. I will continue to give bad reviews until my issue is resolved.

This was the fourth time I had rented a U-Haul and I had never had a bad experience before but this one was unbelievable. It wasn't the location's fault so my rating really has nothing to do with the people at the location that I rented from. All of the responsibility of my negative experience lies with scheduling and customer service. I made a reservation for a 10 foot truck a month in advance of our move. Not only did I make the reservation a month and advance , I paid in full and received a confirmation email. When I was five minutes away from picking up my truck I received an email directing me to go to another location in a different town 20 minutes away. I called the store where I had confirmed my pick up and they stated there was nothing they could do about it , they didn't have a truck for me and I was to go to the next town. They told me that it was a problem with scheduling so I had them connect me with scheduling explained that I was not familiar with the area and I needed a truck brought to the location where I had originally rented. She told me that was not an option and that if I wanted a truck that I needed to drive to the next town . We drove to the next town and when we got to that location they did not have the truck either. But they did offer to put me in a much larger truck at no additional charge which I refused. I called customer service and pretty much got the runaround and I was told that there were 60 people with reservations without trucks so consider myself lucky that they were offering me a larger truck rather than just telling me they couldn't get me a truck at all. I explained to her that I was actually afraid to drive the bigger truck and that I was almost certain that I would wreck it. I was near tears and begging for them to do something about it and she pretty much said, take it or leave it and I could tell she was done with me. Great customer service right? I spoke with so many different people and I got different stories from everyone I spoke to about how things like this happen. I want to know why in the world would they allow someone to make a reservation, pay for their truck, and even send a confirmation email when they are quite aware that they are not going to have a truck available when the customer arrives. I told him I was willing to wait all day for the truck , for something else to come in but they told me that that would not work because I had reserved a truck at 9am so if I truck came in at two that afternoon I couldn't have it because a person who had reserved a truck at two that afternoon would get priority over me even though my truck wasn't there as agreed upon in the initial reservation It was absolutely crazy, a nightmare. At the end of the day I went away knowing that UHaul could not care less whether they lost my business or not because if I canceled my contract ( which actually they had broken by not having my truck ) and they were just move onto the next person in line and then

I had to sweep out the the truck because it was so dirty. Even after sweeping it when I set furniture down on the carpet it dirtied the brand new carpet and I spent an hour getting it clean. I am not happy with uhaul

Have the trucks full of gas when you pick it up , I rented a 26 foot truck and it only had one fourth of a tank of gasoline and when I brought it back it had one half of a tank I called you and was told you would not pay me for the difference. So I will never rent from you again because that's the way you treat disabled veterans. I will tell everyone I talk to what a rip off you are. And that you are the kind of garbage veterans risk they're life's for and that they should rent from anyone but you !
