Not enough room for parking. We barely were able to fit the truck in a spot to park.
Kenneth C.It took me about 20 minutes to get the password for the lock. U-Haul s website was saying there was an error finding my location when my location services were on on my phone. I almost gave up but I just got dropped off at the location and had no ride so I kept trying. I downloaded the app and had to chat with someone till finally I had the passcode to open the lock. If I would have known there wasn't going to be a person at the rental I wouldn't have booke it. It was a hassle and I was on a tight schedule.
