I had a reservation for a U-Haul truck by my house located 80229. The day before my reservation, it was switched to this location 45 minutes from my house. I wasted over 2 hours on my moving day driving around, wasting gas, and wasting valuable time for no reason. I'm very unhappy.

Had difficulty with the app it did not want to download my pictures or my drivers license picture but it was taken care of by rental agent and everything worked out as it should, thanks
Chris HCleanliness was not the issue. Your app and lack of of a location with staff was a huge problem. Your app is insufficient- kept logging me out - wouldn’t upload the pics and it was an hour to pick up and an hour to drop off! I got an email offering a 20$ certificate which was an insult- there should have been a partial refund as I do not want to use uhaul again…..the customer service rep hung up on me but prior to her hanging up she mentioned she was fielding calls all day about the app. This made our local project way harder than it had to be! So disappointed- the app should have been used by staff before going live.
