The truck I picked up was filthy. The floor was covered in mud, the seats were dirty, and the center console was sticky. I was so appalled that I actually took pictures to show the manager when I dropped the truck off in Columbus. Had it not been for the fact that I have to move out of my condo in Warren, Ohio that day and absolutely needed the truck I would have canceled my reservation immediately.

I have been renting u haul trailers for awhile! this is the worst experiance I have had to endure. Took 45 minutes just to have the paper work done, then I had to lift the trailer for hook up by myself the sales lady just walked back into the store, after that sweating experience had to wait another 10 min for my copy of the contract. Upon return of the equipment again had to take it off by myself with no help. very rude people the worst u haul rental place. they should of paid me because they did not do any work I did it all. Reimburse me for the rental because I sure acted like the employee and not the customer.
