It was difficult to locate this pick up location. The attendant was very disinterested in my rental, He asked if I could have the trailer back by noon tomorrow, and I said "yes." Unbeknownst to me he charged me for 2 days rental since it was 10:30 when I rented it. When I went back to drop it off (before 10:30) the gate was locked, and there was no way in. I called customer service for u-haul to explain the dilemma and they put me on hold for at least 15 or 20 minutes and never came back on the line. I called back and after a lengthy hold they told me to leave the trailer outside the gate. I said that I did not feel good about this, since it was right on the street, but I would. I also explained to this service agent that they had charged me for 2 days instead of one, and they assure me that the final bill would be corrected. After I dropped off the trailer, I called customer service again and told them that I had dropped the trailer off outside the gate, but that I did not feel good about it due to the neighborhood, and it being right on the street. I also explained again about being charged for 2 days. She again assured me that she would not it and that it would be corrected on my final bill. The next day a U-haul representative called me to ask if I was going to drop off the trailer today. Dumbfounded, I explained all of the above information and how many times I called etc. I also mentioned again the fact that I was billed for 2 days. When I got the final bill, of course it was for 2 days. This is very disappointing to me, since in the last 6 weeks I have rented trailers at least 3 times and also a 26 foot truck. I have been a very good customer to U-haul, and this was a very bad experience.

Pick up location was changed to this location with less than 24 hours notice. This location was 30 minutes further than the preferred location. This delay resulted in U.S. Paying moving crew to stand around for an hour while we traveled from this location . Completely UNACCEPTABLE! Customer service jerked us around between four different reps!

This location is absolutely horrible. It is in a run-down very seedy neighborhood. There is no indication at the location that U-Haul operates at this location. When I arrived, there was no U-Haul representative and the building was locked. A U-Haul representative did not arrive until I had been at the location for 40 minutes. Frankly, this location is in such a crummy location that I was scared for my safety. I would never ever recommend this location to anyone. In my opinion, this location should be closed.

The man at first said I was renting a truck. After I worked with him he said yes a trailer. The trailer had the left rear side markerlights out and he said we would have to go to another location to see if they had a good one. We said no. On the road I noticed the left fender was missing the reflective tape on the back of it which made it harder to follow the trailer in the night hours.

The worker that I spoke with to make my reservation made my entire reservation incorrectly. When I realized this and called to correct it the worker I spoke with told me that he didn't want to alter the reservation because it would cancel it out and I wouldn't be able to get the truck, but he could fix it the next morning when I came in to pick up the truck. I agreed and when I got to the location the next morning I found out that the worker had misrepresented himself as the owner because he knew he would not be there to deal with the incorrect order that was put in and that the order in fact could not be corrected and they didn't have the correct truck on the lot. They tried to charge me a much higher fee that I was supposed to pay if they had gotten the order correct in the first place. I was very upset and the owner had to do his best to fix the error. All in all I would not reserve another U-Haul from this location and I'm debating ever using the company again at all.
