We will never do a truck share again, no code given for gate access, had to call uhual, waited on hold for almost 30 mins, once we got ahold of uhual customer service was very helpful! Ck engine lite was on in truck, very dirty! We swept out truck and got a dust pan full of debris.

I wish I could have picked up at the location specified when reserving our uhaul. I also wish we could have received the size uhaul we originally reserved.
