Every time we rent a Uhaul you find a way to Fck it up, par for the course you did it again. You scheduled a pick up on a Monday, I was concerned because Monday was a holiday. I explained to the agent that you’ve played games with pick up locations and I needed to know that was not going to happen, she guaranteed that they would be open and that would not happen again. On Monday I drive down there and they were CLOSED, come to find out they are always closed on Monday. Your response was for me to drive an hour down the mountain, to pick up a trailer, then an hour back up the mountain, let’s not forget it was a holiday! That was not acceptable, I asked if you she call the owner and see if he will meet me there. Her response was that it would take him longer to get there than it would take me to get down the mountain and back. Come to find out that there was a manger 5 minutes away and he said he would have done it had they called the owner. I also found out that this was not an isolated case, that your untrained of lazy agents do it all the time. I asked for a manager, and was told one would call me back in 3 days. Really, your manager is too fucking busy to solve a problem when it matters. It obviously Uhaul really doesn’t give a shit about customer service. The last time used Uhaul I was overcharged, was a victim of bats and switch, and when I asked for a manger I was told they would call me in three days, hmm sound familiar. But guess what, that call never came. I should have contacted the DOJ, AG and my attorney to research the vailidity of a class action. Anyway, getting back to this latest bull shit. I had someone with a truck scheduled to help move, hence the reason I only rented a 5x8. Since I was not able to get the trailer on Monday I lost my helper and extra truck. In addition I had to pay him reporting time, which was 1/2 is schedule. I also had a hotel booked, another loss. Your agents negligence, and based on your companies history we can easily prove negligence, it cost me money, time, and a lot of aggravation. Your agent insulted us with an offer to take $50.00 off the rental, guess what because of your blunder I had to upgraded to a 6x12 which cost me $50.00. It cost me $80.00 in labor, plus the lose of the hotel we didn’t use. This all would have not happened if your agent simply paid attention. You can shove your $50.00 up your ass, and fuck off. I’m sure a judge or jury would make me whole, and probably add punitive damages to teach you a lesson. Probably not as much as the AG and DOJ would time you for the bait and switch, and over charging from my Vegas issue last March.

They did not have my truck ready on time i sat in the parking lot for 2 hours with 4 kids in the car . where my 4 yearold got her hand slamed in the door all because we had to wait for the truck ... Had to talk to 4 different people to get the truck ... I would never use uhaul again and i feel we need a discount for all the problems we had ..

There's not a lot of choice for drop offs for a 4x8 enclosed trailer in Big Bear. This location was closed, but the self-serve check in was helpful for me.

when you walk in the door you get an overwhelming smell of pot hitting you in the face. I am a business owner and that is not good business. when I dropped off the trailer, the person working there just watched me un hook the trailer and didn't offer to help.

The manager was supposed to be onsite 1/2 day Sunday, but when we got there the door was locked, the sign said they were closed Sunday and there was no local # to call. I did the online booking, but the key was not anywhere available. We had to call Uhaul, spent 30-45 minutes on the phone until they could track down the Manager to deliver the key. I was then initially charged 2 4-hour sessions (even though I returned the truck in 4 hours - even with the delay in getting the truck). The second 4 hour session was then removed from my charges per my feedback online. I then got a bill for fuel, when I put a gallon in the tank (went 12 miles). I wrote to dispute this charge (included photos of before/after gas meter) and Corey Keise was kind enough to refund me for the fuel and an additional $10 or so for the problems we had. Corey definitely made me a happy customer when I wasn't one before.

Could not find a U-Haul location in NV that i could drop off trailer!! I had look up that info, then make some call to find drop off point. That is a real JOKE!! Cant look up dealer in NV or call dealer in NV.
