I reserved at another location which was more convenient. I received a confirmation text with the new address but I paid no attention to the address. I feel you should include in bold that that the location has changed; I paid no attention to the actual address and just assumed that I was confirming for the address I requested.I arrived at the other location for nothing and it took a while before I confirmed what happened. The truck was fine; the confusion and longer distance was not.

Terrible experience. Uhaul recommended a truck that was too small, I had to leave a bedroom set, desk, antique chair, family China, pictures, and patio furniture Changes location for pickup and time after I confirmed 2 times.

the cab of the truck smelled like an ash tray. I do not smoke and really hated having to smell this stench for over 2 hours. Another thing, there was a truck within 5 miles of my home that was still sitting there when I left this morning that was not available. It was a 10 foot truck like I wanted. I had to drive 40 miles to get the truck I got and then when I got to my destination I had to drive another 30 miles to turn the truck in. It seems to me this is just a scam by your company to get more miles on the trucks.Overall I will not be using your service again.

YOUR WEBSITE WAS DOWN SATURDAY COULD NOT CHECK IN WITHOUT CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THE PICK UP LOCATIONS COMPUTER WAS OLD AS THE HILLS AND THE MEMORY WAS FULL AND COULD NOT GO ONLINE. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, although the pickup arrangements were not clear to me. I arrived at 3:35 for a 3:30 reservation. The key had been placed in a combination lockbox. The staff person indicated that I had selected that as an option and/or that is what happens when you pick up after your reservation time. I assumed I couldn’t pick up early. If I did select that as an option, I didn’t intend to. The website was a little confusing. She helped me get the key and check in quickly with no prob. Just a little confusion.

Customer Service is terrible. The person handling the contract when I arrived was distracted and constantly answering the phone, even though I was being waited on. There was a young child asleep in the office and the office was in terrible repair.

I would say it was better than before but it could use some cleaning up.. I think I was charged over the amount I used and I was informed my card was not charged when I was in the office and it was charged miss communication

This place was dirty, disorganized, and sketchy. The “office” area looked like a hoarder’s house. I waited 15 minutes until I was helped. When the office manager (term used loosely) began helping me, she only did so after loudly arguing with one of her car wash employees. It was actually kinda comical as I felt like I was in done kinda crazy comedy movie. Anyway, I eventually got my truck returned and went about my day. Now I’ve got another story to tell. This location should be inspected by corporate.

The office employee wasn't sympathetic due to my plans being thrown off by a crazy snow storm. She was visibly indifferent and just wanted to know when they could close early pending my return for the tow. The man who hooked up the tow to the truck after it had been packed was great. She did her job but until we all get replaced by robots i think customer service is still important!

The previous location, Uhaul of Avondale IS HORRIBLE. They wouldn't take our return truck so we had to go to this location. UHAUL of Avondale wasted 2 hours of our time because they are terrible and wasted all of the gas we filled the truck back up with. The woman at Quickee Car Wash apologized on behlaf of Uhaul and tried to not charge us for the wasted gas that was used finding a new location, but Uhaul customer service would not allow.

FEEDBACK: We rented a 15' truck last Friday and were to pick it up at 9 AM. Due to some computer problems with UHaul, we did not leave with the truck until 9:50 AM, which delayed everything! The people at the rental location were very nice, but customers should be compensated when UHaul experiences a glitch in the system. Time is extremely important on moving days! I mean, give a discount, throw in some gas allowance, free moving blankets...something to show your customers that you KNOW their time is valuable and you are doing something to accommodate the inconvenience. Again it was no fault of the person working at this location, but a web issue with UHaul.

Although the young lady that waited on me was pleasant and took care of my needs, I didn't know if I was in a Uhaul rental place or walking into someone's house. It was very outdated with no customer friendly area to stand nor sit while waiting to be served. It was dull and drab looking and unkempt. The truck had dirt/mud on the floor. (Maybe from driving it around but the guy should've cleaned it up.) It is ok for just picking up and dropping off, and served it's purpose but I wouldn't use the location again.

The clerk was pleasant enough, but it was obvious she was overwhelmed and filling in for someone. There were several delays due to poor Internet connections and trying to help customers who were there for the car wash.
