The staff was AWESOME, so I'd definitely recommend the location. The truck itself wasn't so great. There was what appeared to be blood smeared on the walls of the moms attic area, along with dirt and debris all over the floor and ramp. The interior of the cab was dirty as well, including caked on food in the bottoms of the drink holders. We didn't bother to clean up the cab since we didn't really ride in it much, but we did our best to clean up the back (with the exception of the blood). One other suggestion...I wish you wouldn't tie a hand-truck and furniture pads into the back of the truck with tamper evident ties so they can't be moved. That is space I paid to be able to use, but couldn't without being charged $20 per day (so $60 overall) just for shifting products I neither needed or wanted out of the way. Please rethink that product placement. In the future I'll check for them when I pick up the truck and request they be removed at the location if they're there.

Tire Air pressure was dangerously low on both tires of trailer passenger side. When door was open, latch hung up above roof line, very difficult to free.

Wendy the main agent was very rude to her counterpart that she was working with and me. She told me she could not hook up the trailer and then when the trailer was hooked up and she was checking it I knew that it was on the wrong and when I told her she got mad then she hooked it up with the chains and told me that's it it's good when we tried to load the van on the trailer it fell off of the truck , I had to have a towing company put the trailer back on the truck before I could put the van on the trailer. This is the latest by about four hours and resulted in two extra days of hotel dining and everything because I cannot drive at night. On the trailer came off of the truck it almost hit my daughter who was standing nearby and if it would've hit her up probably would've broke both of her legs and no telling what else. Also the tow truck driver said that that would've resulted in numerous desk because that whole trailer would've taken off separately from the truck probably flipped over and he's willing to sign statements to that effect. I think the contract for this mini storage should be revoked. This is not a game peoples lives could be affected by careless unsafe connections

Ditch the "$19.95" come-on. With the "special pricing" it cost me just over $100.00 to rent a van for about 5 hours.

I would recommend for convenience, but would offer a caveat. The equipment was in average condition. The uhaul truck windows were hard to see out of and after washing them at a gas station, they still looked dirty and had to go in and purchase inside window cleaner as the inside was not cleaned before giving us the truck. The first tow dolly that was given to us also had a bad tire and had to exchange it for another.

Trailer wiring outdated to newer vehicles wiring, felt the adaptor was a money grab. I'm a long time uhaul customer very disappointing. No washroom had to use portapotty, not sure if bathroom was in repair.

Check over equipment make sure it is secured to the vehicle and check light signals work. (they did not). Did not tell me which dolly I should hook-up, but when I drove over to the office, she said I choose the wrong one. Car dollies cost the same to rent as a transport.

The constant changes in U Haul truck pick up locations was after making the reservations was very frustrating. The pick up location changed 3 times and the first two were much further away and would have resulted in increased charges ($1.09 per mile). In the end, after multiple phone calls the outcome was positive.

When we went to pick up the reserved truck, the people running the business didn't know anything about the reservation, or how to handle the computer check out. It took 45 minutes to get through the process. They wouldn't accept payment from the credit card I had used to reserve the truck online and so my son had to put it on his own card. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas at pick up time and the engine light was on. All of these things caused a considerable amount of confusion and stress for my family.

Not call the customer the night before they are to pick up the truck and tell them them can't have what was reserved and I would have to travel 40 miles to get smaller truck! That's BS!
