Clears did not know procedure to allow me to rent uhaul, told me to go to s other location. Had to call Daniel and he got me set up. I had to load up trailer myself, never signed anythibg when I left or when I returned it. If this location is going to rent uhaul, they need proper training.

the truck I reserved had been taken and I was given another truck. When we started it up smoke really boiled out from underneath. I knew that wasn't right and thought about returning it right then but it seemed to get better and finally got us to our destination after we added a quart of oil. Just a lot of unnecessary worry.

I was completely uncomfortable with leaving a vehicle with no paperwork. The very least is U-Haul could have provided me a receipt that the truck had been left. I documented everything with my cellphone but that is gaping hole with U-Haul that needs attention

When my sister and I got to the store it became busy and there was no one else but the store clerk to help. So we waited for him to finish with customer. He cashed out customers while working my paperwork. Told me the blankets are in the back go ahead and get them. I grabbed the blanket in two trips and went ahead and backed my truck up to the trailer. Again we waited approximately another 10 minutes before he walks out with a candy bar in his hand. Had to stick the candy bar in his mouth to pick up the trailer and set it on the ball. Started to hook the chains and had to run back in the store to wait on more customers. AGAIN I waited. I got tried of waiting so I hooked up the lights and the chains. Pulled up front so he could check and see if I did it right. He walks out and said "oh, yeah, that looks good and walked back in the store. I will never rent from that store again. As a company I feel you should make sure that any of your rental stores should have two clerks on duty. When I got home I noticed he charged me for safe tow. I pre registered and didn't elect safe tow. I feel he add that on his own. I explained this to the drop off location and they took it off and told me to let you know through this review

Was not aware until the night prior to my pick that my location had been changed to 30 plus miles out of my way. Made my move even more difficult as was not taking the additional time to collect the truck and start my packing.

Our rental truck had previously been involved in an accident ad the back wheels were seriously missaligned. The vehicle should have been repaired before being used again. In addition to this problem we were stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours due to an issue with the engine. I appreciated U - Hauls customer service, but would have rather avoided having to stop to fix a minor repair. On the future I would recommend a more through inspection of vehicles before they are used again.

Somewhat disorganized. I had a car carrier as well and no one helped me hook up the car carrier - backing up the truck to the trailer, attaching trailer to truck - nothing!!!!! This tool more of my time from moving, etc. The man just told me to back the truck up to the correct trailer and then he was gone.

The staff only filled out the paperwork. No one showed me the auto transport. Just said it's out there, find it yourself, I ask if someone would hook it up they said no I had to do it myself,they don't touch it.

Make sure the customer gets what he/asks for and rectify the computer glitches where pick up locations do not change Other than that get rid of representatives like Bobs pawn shop for their rudeness and disrespect of the customer . Look at complaint filed on reservation
