Location not well-maintained and not a large lot to maneuver 26' truck and auto transport. U-Haul forced me to use this location 33 miles instead of 10 miles (one way) from my house.

I am not sure if it was empty because of the holiday, but there was just one guy around and the lot was so full, I didn’t know where to leave the rental. The guy was helpful and checked us out quickly, though.

Reserved 2 furniture dollies online. There were no furniture dollies available when we arrived and had to go buy our own. That was the only bad thing about this uhaul experience.

Well letting your customers know that they have to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as pick up or you will have almost a $100.00 charge would be a nice start! Spending 15 dollars to replace gas VS 100 dollars seems like a better deal if I had known this was going to be an issue.

Get rid of the truck I was given. 1. Headlights misaligned 2. Tires out of balance 3. Transmission shifts poorly 4. Driver's door doesn't seal correctly 5. None of the interior or cargo lights work 6. Tie-down boards broken in back 7. Steering is very vague and unpredictable 8. When traveling straight, steering wheel is turned to the right roughly 45 degrees 9. Fuel economy gauge does not work 10. Headliner is hanging down at the windshield The blankets and hand truck/dolly being stored at the tail of the truck makes absolutely no sense. They're in the way during loading and in order to move them, you have to break the "seal" on them so you'll get charged for them. They would make much more sense to be stored in mom's attic. I would like to be contacted regarding this rental and the issues faced.

When I walked in the front door the office was a mess. Junk and car parts laying about. Food containers,pizza boxes, and drink cups sitting on the counter and behind the counter. The trash can behind the counter was running over with garbage. The guy at the counter had on greasy cloths. Apparently this is a car mechanic shop/Uhaul rental.It smelled like a wet dog inside. I could see the dogs water and food bowl but no dog. I asked about mattress covers they did not have any.When I ask about blanks the guy pointed to a pile of blanks waded up on the nasty floor in the corner of the room. When I got the truck the outside had not be washed.The inside had broken glass in the floor board. I have used Uhaul for over 30 years and I have never seen such a messy shop. I have pictures if you would like me to forward them. absolutely the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.

This place was nasty and they had a dog walking around smelling people while they was waiting to get their truck. When I got the truck glass was all over the inside And I got 10 blocks up the street and the has light pop on.

Worker showed up late to work and I was almost late to meet the movers. He was very nice but we must be prompt. Also, Uhaul sent my truck to this location when I specifically booked another and the size truck I reserved was not the one I received. Bad service in that regard.

The trick was return with more than 1/2 tank of gas in it and I expect it to be corrected immediately. I would like a call from the AFM of this area. I am a uhaul dealer from SWFL and I can not believe you Guys are charging me like this. Shady. And I will be contacting uhaul corporate.

The staff at this location did their best to assist. My overall U-haul experience was terrible. Customer service is awful; the online/smart phone app is a joke. I did not feel valued as a customer and my time was not valued by U-haul. The U-haul reps I dealt with on the phone did not seem trained in customer support or professionalism. I will not recommend U-haul or plan to do business with U-haul again.

I had arrived at this location 15 mins before closing time but no one was there. Afterwards four (4!) days passed before they checked in the trailer. Almost missed my five day rental period. When I called them to complain they replied that they did not look in their own yard for the trailer. Nice, eh?

Your new reservation idea of using phone is not a good idea. I made reservations at a location close to me, but nooo y'all changed it for me to waste my time to get equipment. Conveinence is the key to a happy customer.

When you schedule a pick time the system should tell you whether or not the location you're picking up from is open then it was very frustrating to have to wait when I was already on a time schedule to move other than that everything went great
