I made my reservation on the app. When I arrived to get my key, someone there said I'd have to use a different truck than assigned on the app. Because of that I was unable to complete the online registration. I returned the truck early (around 4pm). Online said this location was open until 5:30 but the door was locked and the lights were off. Because of that, I was unable to check in. I dropped off the key. The next day I got a phone call from U Haul saying it showed I was 20 hours late returning the truck that I actually returned early.CASEY D.

I was asked as a favor to go 20 minutes out of my way to pick up a truck from a different location since they needed some equipment moved. It was a closed location so I had to go through the app to gain access to the keys. I said yes thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. I wasn't offered and discount for this favor. When I arrived I couldn't get your app to work. I checked my location services to make sure it was on. I finally realized I needed to sign out and sign back in to get the app to work to know my location. Once I was able to get the app to work and contact with a virtual rep, it took them way too long to accept my info since I was from out of state. I have a great record in my acct with Uhaul and the delay was very frustrating. It was very cold and windy and I wasn't able to get out of the weather since I had to take an Uber to get there. This whole process took about 45 minutes and cost me an extra 90 minutes of my time (with extra travel time). I was never offered a discount for this favor or for the expense to get to this location. Also the blankets I had requested and paid for were not in the truck. Please reply. I would like reimbursed for the blankets, my Uber ride of $24, and whatever you feel is a fair discount for the time and trouble I went to as a favor for Uhaul. Thank youSteven C.
The reason I rated this particular location the way I did was though the sign stated they were open there was no one there and it was not very inviting.Colleen B.
Location services kept saying I was not at the correct location, when I was. Called customer service where I was passed around and someone helped me get an additional location on my phone. She hung up before I could confirm getting the keys. Finally, 60m after I arrived, I was able to access the key. Except there was no key in the box. Had to wait for someone to show up to the location so I could go inside and get the key. Defeated the purpose of mobile check out before the location was open. I would not recommend this location, as truck rental is their side hustle, not their main business - and you can tell.Cayla N.
They were ok and returned my call within a reasonable time at the beginning. Returning the truck (they were closed) I made a call, left a message and got no return call. Then a week later a different U-haul called wanting to know when we were returning the truck.â€”-I explained that we had returned it over a week ago. They said they would figure out what was going on. I called them back I believe 3 times 3 days apart until I got an answer from the gentleman I rented it from (he had a baby and evidently was unable to return or answer my calls. Too bad they only have one person that can handle the job.Marvin V.
