Everything was great. Dropped the truck off after hours. The drop box worked fine. Bill came to my email. The trucks are much better than years ago. I have rented two in the lat two weeks, both truck were in good condition, ran and drove great.

Customer service needs to improve

I rented a truck yesterday and I have a few concerns about my receipt and the process for the rental. Firsy, I have been charged for 26 miles which should not be true. I drove the truck between 8 and 10 miles and so I'm unsure as to where these extra miles are coming into play. Secondly, I did not receive any instructions for how to drop off the truck until after I had already gotten back from doing it. Nothing was given to me or said to me when I picked it up. My identification was not verified and I never signed anything. I dropped off the truck around 7pm, and saw an email from U-Haul at 9:30pm about how to drop off the truck. This information should have been given to me either on a paper form when I picked it up, or sent to me when I sent in my reservation. I also did not have access to an internet connection when I dropped off the truck, which I evidently would have needed to have according to the late email notification I received. I am not sure what can be done about this now, but I'm disappointed in the service I received and the rental process I experienced. I hope that the problems in this process are rectified for your future customers.

Last year I used a budget truck and it was expensive so I tried uhaul but now after this experience, I will NEVER use uhaul again. I'd rather pay more money. My truck was moved to a different location, without my notice, I had to track it down, when I got to the new location they said they didn't have my truck either. That location couldn't find my reservation form or even knew how to work their computer for it. All I received was a sorry - nothing we can do"call 1-800-uhaul". My pick up time was changed without my notice, compared to my PRINTED out reservation confirmation. I tried to explain that my time was 8am and the man turned his screen around to show me it said 12pm. I was 45 mins late to pick it up when I needed to be out of my space in a restricted time frame- leaving me with a check out fee. Absolutely horrible - terrible customer service and process. Never again, I will be calling to complain.

We were there at 9.30 to pick up and know one showed up until 9.50. was not informed of prior damage, boxes were wet when we unloaded

People were nice but not very helpful. The trailer had not been cleaned from the previous renter apparently, I swept it out when I got home. The chains were too long and the location had no suggestions as to how to shorten them to an appropriate distance. There was an emergency brake on the trailer and the location didn't seem to know what that was and provided no additional guidance or instruction using it. The chain was missing a retainer clip and they instructed me to just not worry about it. Finally, one of the tires on the twin axle was soft/flat when I pulled the trailer home from the location. The trailer had obviously not been checked by anyone. I don't know about any other serviceability items. Everything else worked, but I assume this location had no expertise in evaluating or insuring the maintenance items on the trailer. the lights all checked fine. I had no further problems, but as a renter I assume the rental agents are verifying serviceability of the equipment and proper maintenance. Not the case?

When I arrived at Falcon Storage I was told the neither of the two men behind the counter knew how to "work the contract thing". After several tries I was told that I would have to wait for Eric who would be coming by. I was told by the two men that I shouldn't be upset with them since they don't really work there. This was after I had given them my license and my credit card. By the time Eric arrived I had called customer service who helped me pay over the phone. Eric was not talking to me because I was angry that I had been put in this situation and only after much yelling did he give me the key. He didn't help me find the truck in the lot or check me out on any of the trucks workings. It was the single worst service I have ever come across. After I left I was called by U-Haul to execute a contract over the phone. That went fine. I cant write enough to describe fully how bad this was. If I were U-Haul I wouldn't want my Brand associated with this place in any way. I would be happy to describe the transaction is more detail if you want to speak by phone Doug Moore 267 312 6051

Location was difficult to find-behind building with limited signage. One person working counter and also a car wash! Crazy!

We called to verify that is was ok to drop off early. We were told the location was open until 7pm. When we got there at 6:15, the office was closed. We had 3/4 tank of gas but we were charged extra for fuel because they read the tank differently...not input presence since the office was closed when we dropped off. We'll use Penske next time.

I would not put the u-haul name on this establishment. They are clueless on how to rent equipment. My guarantee was not met and I am going to be contacting corporate and making sure I receive every cent I spent back.

The people at this location gave me misinformation. Told me I could check in online and have an after hours pick up since I was coming from out of town and had limited time. I then called back to confirm and asked if I needed to call back the next day to remind them that'd I'd be tgere after hours the man said no, that they already had it in the computer. I then proceeded to follow the online check in procedures. So then the day of my rental they called and asked if I still wanted the truck because I was "late". After reminding them of what they told me and that I had indeed checked in online he acted like he had no clue ( same guy) . Said this is all new and he's not real clear how it works. Had me call the 800 number. I talked to them and set it up for my daughter to go sign for me ( since I was working hence why I wanted the after hours pickup) When she got there at to pick up the truck they sent her away saying there wasn't a truck for us. I tried calling back, no answer. I called the 800 number and they were perplexed saying it showed the truck was there and they called the location. After that I was told to send my daughter back for pickup. The gentleman told my daughter this was my fault because I " didn't show up" after he had told me I could come in at " 3am" if I wanted as long as I checked in online. He also told another lady standing there that the Uhaul business wasn't worth it that he makes way more money off his car wash then he ever will Uhauls. Terrible experience, I wouldn't send anyone I know to this location EVER.

Don't charge me a full day for a couple hours over! I will never rent U Haul again. The guys said not an issue but still got charged extra. Over the last two weekends my family has rented 4 vehicles, never again!

Not happy about the fact that I was told the wrong time they opened, and that they didn't have what I needed and had to go buy extra stuff. The locations fault it's not the customer service it is. Not happy about that and feel I should've been compensated for there mistake because had I known that going in I could've saved a lot of money. Would though is that location and U-Haul again with any hesitation.

They were suppose to be open 9-4, and our pick up was at 10:30am, they did not show up until 11:30 am. We did go ahead and rent. Not many places being open on sunday. Was given an apology when returning the truck, and a couple free car washes.
