Daniel R.I am not upset with this particular location as they were the ones that saved our move. We were supposed to pick up a 20' truck at Calbecks on Murray street in Brantford and was told that there is not one available. The person behind the counter was snarky and rude, she did try to help, but was very abrupt. Why in the world do you let people "RESERVE" a truck only to be told that this happens sometimes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We had to take a 15' truck that was not enough to finish our move. I will never use UHAUL again. Very bad service.
