When I went to drop off the truck, the personnel would not accept it. He said that there was not room at that location, even though I had the confirmation that this was my drop off point. He sent me up the street to another authorized dealer, who also turned me away and told me to go back to the original location. I went back and literally had to beg him to take the truck because I was going to miss my train out of the city. Finally, he took the truck, and because the goose chase took so long I missed my train, which cost several hundred dollars to re-book. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I have never been treated so poorly by a business before.

Reserved a hand-truck and furniture pads with the truck rental and was told when picking up the truck that neither were available. These were very important for my move and I should have been notified earlier that they weren't going to be available.

I would suggest doing a full car check before giving it to customers. I recently had an issue with a rental car because the break lights on the passenger side we're not working. With this U-Haul vehicle the right turn signal did not work and I was pulled over by a police officer because it seemed as if I made a right turn without signaling. Other than that I can't say I had a bad experience

Was not informed prior that self check in needed TWO verifications. Was ridiculous and inconvenient since Spouse in west coast was called at 4 am!!

Someone from another vendor helped no uhaul representative but the associate provided good customer service. However west farm location needs improvement other than earl who has helped to the best of his ability. I showed up for reserve truck and no truck ive gone in person and have been told that computer is down to go online. West farms gets a poor rating. Its the closet location.

U say one price and it turned out to b about 40 something dollars over. Didn’t no I had to pay for gas.$ 17 but charge$3. More on my card I also had bite marks on me. They should hv vacuumed . And checked for bugs

The express pickup process was ATROCIOUS. First, there was nothing express about it. The woman Alexandria who reviewed my pics took forever to reply and then simply told me to retake them. It was NOT clear that the equipment needed to be in the background. Then she instructed me to retake my drivers license and get all four sides of it. She meant the truck, although there were never any prompts in the process to take those pics. Lastly and most infuriatingly she asked why I had a Missouri drivers license if I was moving to Washington DC and asked for a piece of mail from DC. Little hard to do when I'm JUST MOVING there for a new job. Not to mention what does it matter if my license is from my home state where I maintain residence? Beyond infuriating. Took over half an hour in a bit so safe neighborhood. Frankly, I would appreciate some compensation for this traumatic experience.

This location was OK in itself, but it was a bit of an issue to get to since it was a significant distance from the location requested in my reservation. The 24 hr notification policy was the only unpleasant part of my uhaul experience.

I was impressed with the courtesy of the attendants. I was not impressed with the confidentiality of my information. There was no separate space for transacting the business. Thus, I was very reluctant to verbalize my personal information. I had to write down my information for the attendant to protect my confidentiality.

I was overcharged for my uhaul and when I tried calling the store, there was no answer.

The location was okay and the people that worked there helped me. My only problem was that the truck assigned to me was missing the driver's rear view mirror. I made the reservation online and noticed the mirror missing while I was inspecting the truck. I had to call customer service to change the truck. I feel like they should be aware of situations like these, make sure the trucks that are being provided to customers are in good condition before it gets picked up.
