Make sure the items requested and paid for is in the uhaul. I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads that were not in the uhaul or the location of pickup and I still have not got my money back for those two charges.

the van that I had pick up the back door didn't open when I got to my destination to pick up my bed and couldn't get it in so I had to take it back and got another van with out a problem they handle the situation very well and the customer service was awesome

Want to put in a grievance for the way the transaction occurred no one available at appoint mention time and information given incorrectly causing additional charges need this issue to be resolved my number is 6462074330. No paper contract given. Had to take pictures of damage and mileage with my phone.

Don’t make me drive into the armpit of the country to get a truck. Then I had to go to another place to get blankets and the dolly. It really sucked. First time with a really bad experience with your company.

My first time experience with U Haul Trucking was absolutely great easy to do, there was no complicated applications , paperwork or anything else to deal with , the representative was very pleasant and professional I rate my experience with U Haul Trucking from 1 to 10 a perfect 10. I would like to also add anytime I need to do some moving I will definitely go to U-Haul and if any of my family members of friend asked me the best way to go to move something I will definitely suggest you Haul Trucking, great experience I can't thank them enough for being so professional



I dropped off late/early the next morning and the lady there was very kind and accepted the keys. She told me the guy who runs uhaul was not in, but he would call me the next day. She told me to take a photo of the mileage and gas in case someone challenges. I havnt heard from a representative and have tried to call the drop off number, which just forwards to a voicemail that isn't accepting messages. The web site says my rental is due at the drop off, but I cant get through to anyone. I've been in a queue for more than 20 mins on the main uhaul number. No idea if anyone is going to answer.

I had an 8am appt time and the u-haul representative didn't arrive until 8:55. This delay caused me valuable time and money as I had to pay my movers extra money because I was late arriving with the truck
