I would expedite the checkout time. The man behind the counter was doing multiple transactions, such as lottery tickets, western union and customer service. We waited about 1 hour to be seen. When the clerk seen us, we were out within 15 minutes. We should not have to wait 1 hour for the clerk; especially since we had a reservation.

The wait is always so long because there's only ever one rep handling uHaul customers. Would recommend bringing a second person onboard as a runner to handle the car checks.

Have a better pick up window. They have plexiglass which you have to talk through and they have music playing in the supermarket which makes it hard to communicate.

Overall Uhaul buisness Unsatisfactory. Uhaul service did promote Customer Satisfaction and a desire to recommend Uhaul as an option for moving rental. Felt sevice Very Expensive ...Over charged offering No credit for early return as they are sure to charge a fee for late return. That is definitely Not for customer Satisfaction. When it was time to return, I was sent to a location to be told Not a Uhaul drop off site. Now I left to find my way to an acceprable uhaul drop off location. Not good when allowed a certain mumber of miles before 40 cents per mile is charged for overage. Please update your sites to know exactly where uhaul drop off is available or not accepted. I was Not happy with this. But above all, Treat your customers fairly. Give Credit as you charge for service. This makes for Good Customer service and satisfaction.

Would not recommend to anyone. Staff was not direct about all charges made. The pick-up location shares a window with a grocery store's lottery ticket sales counter. Waited 20 minutes to be able to pick up keys due only one person managing the UHaul pick-up and lottery ticket sales. Lottery ticket customers took a long time making purchases and holding up the line for others. Employee present also worked slowly.

The uhaul van I rented was full of plaster debree and dust. I would have appreciated a much cleaner cargo van as I had to load a lot my household items in a dustyband dirty van.

Take the Bedford avenue location off your options. Went there first and it delayed me considerably and made me go over my mileage limit getting there, costing me more money. Attendant at Garrido was great, and very helpful.

I had reserved a 15 foot truck through the Uhaul website and received a confirmation email, but when I arrived the truck was not there. I also had the truck reserved until 10pm, but when I arrived at 8pm, the grocery store was closed. The Garrido food Corp was very helpful, but the Uhaul company doesn't communicate or coordinate with them at all and I would not work with Uhaul again.

This location does not dedicate a single resource for Uhaul customers. There is no direct phone line. The only person that can serve you is stuck at a customer service window by themselves selling lotto tickets to a never ending line. I was lucky enough to have someone kind, but there is still a ridiculous wait. I would suggesting avoiding this location. They have zero interest in offering Uhaul services. I was only picking up some furniture and will not be returning to this location for my actual move.

They were unaware of scheduled pick up. There was not van when I arrived and I had to wait as they called the previous renter to get the vehicle returned.
