I gassed the truck to the marking I agreed to pay drove it around the corner backed into a not level parking spot gauge moved to 1/2 tank and got burned for $7.00 to fill again. I called customer service about this no results. Thanks

I arrived and the owner/manager of the location claimed that "my friend came, with my reservation information and name, and picked up the truck already." This was not true - I didn't give this reservation to anyone and the idea of someone "hacking my phone" to get a uhaul reservation is pretty unlikely. He said there were no uhauls for the day. Eventually I called uhaul, explained the situation, got rerouted a few times, and took over an hour to get a new reservation made for me.

my location was changed (i booked a location in another part of brooklyn) and I didn't receive any notification, and only found out when I showed up at the location that I booked the truck at. then I had to get a $25 cab to the location where they had my truck. Very dissapointed in this.

They rented me a 15' truck where the ignition key mechanism would not turn -- it was stuck and stuck and stuck; you had to try DOZENS of times to start the engine!! I came VERY close to giving up and leaving the truck to be picked up. WHY ARE YOU RENTING THIS TRUCK OUT?!! THE FACILITY HAS TOLD UHAUL THAT THIS TRUCK NEEDS TO BE SERVICED!!!!

Give these people newer 15 foot trucks! This one was not running very well (reduced power), and the air conditioning was weak.

The worker was very friendly and helpful. However we had an extremely difficult time finding parking for the Uhaul in the evening because all of the lots were full. Reserved spaces for Uhaul vehicles would have saved us an hour+ of our time after a long day of moving.

Not specific to the pickup location at all, but UHaul itself changed the pickup location of my rental, and I was not notified in any way. I lost an hour and a half of time waiting and then driving between locations for my pickup (because the place I originally went to didn’t carry the size truck I needed). My email confirmation lists a different location, and I only found out things changed by logging in to the app. Whoever called me for confirmation did not tell me what the location was either, so I assumed I was picking up where I originally requested.

The quality of the service was excellent and made everything very easy. I would say that the only thing that should be improved is the maintenance of the facility, but it did not impact my rental and would not make me less likely to recommend this location to a friend.

Clerk suggested that I leave without finalizing mileage and gas gauge. I insisted on him following thru and completing this step and giving me a final receipt before I left the store. There actually is a sign at the counter saying not to leave without finalizing these two things. I thought it was kinda lazy of him to suggest otherwise. He did comply after I refused his offer.

I was estimated $60 to rent a 15' truck for a couple of hours. I returned it and dropped the key off in a mailbox as instructed. When I checked my CC bill, I was charged nearly $100. I was charged for a dolly I didn't use. I was charged for a blanket I didn't use or ask for. Neither were even present in the vehicle I rented. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with the location, and now I've been on hold with the number they gave me to rectify the situation for 20 minutes. Not honest or a good experience. Who knows how many people are charged for these things and don't bother to check or call in and correct the bill. Very corrupt.

There was a homeless person sleeping in the van when i picked up. The van reaked and was dirty. I was then charged a cleaning fee.

The gas level in the van did not match the "start" level on the paperwork. It was exactly at 3/4 tank when I started and the guy said to just bring it back at 3/4. I don't know why I was charged a fuel fee?

Location perfect for me for pick up and drop off. The tire system light was on, so not sure what potential hazard that could have possibly contributed to. I don’t like to see things like tire pressure or oil change lights on when I rent a vehicle, not good. Also, not easy to find parking where you are supposed to park the truck so I had to hand the keys to the attendant to park the van. I will rent again.

Very good experience, was a mix up with the billing that was taken care of immediately in a pleasant and timely fashion. Would definitely recommend this location. Communication was excellent.
