I picked up van w 1/4 tank of gas, returned w 1/4 tank of gas. Attendant said ‘in his opinion’ it was quite a 1/4. DEFINITELY A 1/4 tank of gas. Proceeded to charge me 30 dollars. Absolutely rude and terrible service.

I was told someone would be at the location till 7pm so I could pay in cash. Got there at 6 and everything was locked up! I had to do the self checkout which resulted in my being late to pick my kids up and paying more for my sitter. Then my estimate was $58 but after the self checkout it said $101!!!! There was no confirmation of my returning the vehicle either. I still don't know what I'm being charged.... :(

One representative was courteous and helpful. Another (who checked out the truck on return) tried to overcharge me for mileage. Also, on returning the truck I left my cell phone in the truck and when I went back to retrieve it I could not find it. It was very suspicious. As I knew I had left it in a cup holder but it turned up between the seat and center console.

Vendor should make sure vehicle is cleaned and give an overall walk through/walk around of the vehicle to make sure everything is okay and how to properly operate the vehicle. It took me a moment to figure out how to adjust the mirrors, etc. Knowing where the instructional manual is located would have been nice, too. But customer service was great. I had no problems renting nor returning the vehicle. I will definitely rent again but hoping to see the improvements I recommended in place. Thank you!

The truck I reserved weeks ahead wasn't available when I visited to pick up. Had to start moving right away to make it on time. Had to go with a smaller van instead. It was a pretty bump experience.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. They were theoretically a 24/hour drop off, but their key-dropbox was exceptionally difficult to find. When I returned the truck, I had trouble with the Uhaul online check-out system, so the next morning I called Def Truck to figure out what else I needed to do. They assured me they had taken care of it. A week later, Uhaul contacted me to ask why I hadn't returned the truck. I called Def Truck again to see why they hadn't marked the truck as received, and no one answered the phone. I called about 4 times throughout that day before I got an email from Uhaul letting me know everything was fine. Then, three and a half months later, I finally received the receipt and final contract from Def Truck, and they had charged me for 4 extra days, when I returned the truck BEFORE it was due to them! HORRIBLE experience, I do NOT recommend using this location. Uhaul was helpful in resolving the matter, but Def Truck was a NIGHTMARE.

My biggest grievance is with the after-hours return process and the requirement of documenting the vehicle via the myuhaul site, which took so long that, by the time I finished, it was past the end of my reservation period.

At this location it requires you to walk back-and-forth across the street wants to confirm your vehicle and check in then has you cross the street to retrieve the keys then back to the vehicle to take your photos and start your reservation. Also throughout my trip I need to contact roadside assistance due to the fact that the equipment having a faulty battery and left myself and my belongings stranded waiting for the assistance

Your after hours checkout website wouldn't let me add photo of mileage and gas on s7 edge with firefox. After a grueling 12 hour move, I was too exhausted to deal with a malfunction checkout service at 11pm. Otherwise the u-haul location was great.

the area is small and a bit messy. it was very convenient for me to drop the truck off here in because there is lots of parking/less traffic. if you want a cleaner location i'd suggest to go somewhere else.

The vehicle I use was not entirely cleaned out and I had ruded around in it with graffiti all over it.

I was charged for 100 miles over the actual mileage I used. When I brought this up, the attendant "fixed" the situation, but actually just charged me for the newly adjusted fee and didn't reimburse me for the overcharge.



I was told that I hadn't paid for the truck beforehand (I had paid online, but they insisted that I hadn't). I explained that I needed to drop off the truck at my destination instead of returning it to the same spot (they messed this up on the paperwork). I asked if I should go back in to verify this information when we looked at the truck and they told me not to worry about it. This caused me to be double-charged (haven't been refunded) and a frustrating call to figure out where to drop off the truck.

This is not a criticism of the location, just Uhaul. My rental was not available because it was filled with another customer's stuff and uhaul reserved me a smaller van at a different location. It cost me more time/trips between locations and my movers had to leave and I did a lot of the work myself. I also had to pay extra cab fare to the second pick up location, extra gas, and I just spent 30 min on the phone trying to get the extra milage charges taken off my account and the issue is still not resolved.
