The van was super dirty and stink ! Not good for moving furniture or clothes ! I think this location rents out there vans n trucks to people who have construction companys ! (Work vans) i would never rent from this location!!

I would suggest you start by not scheming and gouging your loyal customer base. I recently set out to rent a large truck from my old location and return to a uhaul near my new destination, I was informed by the sales person that he had no large trucks for one way so I had to rent a small truck which meant I had to do the move in several trips. Because of this I imagined that I accrued but when I got the bill, to my shock and disgust, I was charged not only for the extra mileage but also for not returning the truck to the original location even though that was the exact reason that I was forced to use the smaller truck. I am away at work and haven't had a chance to pursue my refund but I assure you that if this issue is not rectified, you can consider this the end of my ongoing loyalty as a customer.

I have to say that after the MOST HORRIBLE experience with your customer service department and reservations things turned out well for two reasons. Althea, the Uhaul Angel, in traffic control was able to find us a truck within a matter of minutes, after having spent practically 2 hrs on the phone the night before with your ridiculous customer service department. When we arrived to pick up the we were greeted by two of the nicest gentleman who eased our stress with their positive attitudes. So yes I would recommend them to any one as long as it meant skipping all of the hell you all put us through. Your Customer Service needs a revamp and retraining. Things should be documented into the account of the person calling so the next rep knows the situation. They also need to learn how to be empathetic especially when the screw up is a major one and your fault. One representative asked me to hold after sighing loudly into the phone and then disconnected the call after a 17 min wait time, another had no clue what to do, the chat manager was even worse and a poor excuse for a manager. I can go on and on, but I think you get the idea. Thank God we moved in to our place on time with no other issues. However, we may not be using you again in the future. Thanks
