I was completely taken back by the lack of professionalism, decorum and character that was displayed to me; the customer service was offensive and I will not recommend Uhaul for others to experience what I have. I called customer service and customer service nor the Uhaul representative rectified the situation. Poor service!!!!

customer service at this location really sucks. I waiting almost an hour just to get processed and there isnt any customer service skills at this location. I rather spent a little bit more on a cab to go to the uhaul store then the side places

Not only was the vehicle dirty, the rep never reviewed the gas meter with me, however I took a picture of it before I left so I made sure I put back the same amount of gas. They refused to give me back my money and charged my card over $80 more.

The staff was aggressive, rude and lazy. Simply to walk outside and check the vehicle on check out and check in seemed to be a problem. I had to insist that they come out on both occasions to verify what was in the checklist.

Customer service needs a lot of change, the agent was rushing stuff and didn't take time to explain the process. I had an appointment he made me believe that he couldn't see my appointment, I had to choose another truck. That agent needs some training on how to serve customers.

The turn signals on the truck I rented didn't work and the site only had one of the two furniture dollies I'd reserved. The attendant, however, was kind, attentive, and helpful.

firstly the process for was painstakingly long, the agent seem unfamiliar with the the oneway drop off process, the mileage and gas on the contract differ from the vehicle dash meters

First of all, I wanted to pick-up in Ozone park and they sent me all the way to Brooklyn, which added to the amount of miles I had. Then when I was finished with the truck. I had to call the number on the back of the receipt. They sent me to mount Sinai long island. Then when I was half way there I received a text to take it back to a location next to where I had moved (Deer Park). It was a horrible experience. On top of all that the truck sounded like it was going to break down on the way there. It was having transmission problems.

There was nobody who can answer my question after I return the van. The other workers said they don't manage the rental but I can leave the key and check my email. Also didn't know when the man will be in at the time when I return the van at 9:15 a.m. on 9/11/2016.

they need customer service training. I had reservation for 9 and the guy who was there didn't want to be bothered so he told me that i have to wait until 10 am. They do not answer the phone when you call them.

I would have given them an excellent if only the clerk had people to help him. Overall the service was great but having one guy to do everything took up too much time....
