I was picking up a truck and I asked to purchase a small wardrobe box and they said no problem, that will be $18 ...I said but on uhaul.com it's only $8.99 he answered "I'm a authorized retailer " ..that's unacceptable .... beware!!!

Service was quick and courteous. I picked up the equipment and was out of the facility within 15 minutes. I reserved online and when the confirmation call from uhaul was made, caller ID did not indicate it was from uhaul so I ignored it. My original reservation was cancelled. Fortunately there were standby trucks available.

When I showed up for my reservation, I was told that my reservation was cancelled and that I needed to call the main UHAUL # to resolve the issue. Since then, I've spoken to two customer services agents, the scheduling dept and the area supervisor and no one can tell me why my reservation was cancelled or why the UHAUL dealer couldn't have helped me with a new reservation. I was told that I would receive a credit for the issue and the additional hour I had to pay my movers as a result, but this has yet to happen and the supervisor hasn't responded to my follow up attempts. I sincerely hope that the issues I've encountered can be looked into and corrected for future customers. I also hope that the credits that were promised can be followed through on and this matter put to rest.

When I went to pick my truck up around 11am At the place I was SCHEDULED to pick it up from it was CLOSED!! I hired people HOURLY ( 150 an hour at that to move my things and was told when I called by a RUDE “ customer service agent “ that I would 1st have to pick my truck up from a different location AND it would be at 3pm!!!11 to 3pm!! Really?? There was no accommodation and I had to travel which was TOTALLY out of my jurisdiction so there for I’m wasting unnecessary Uber fare to pick up AND when I drop the truck ALSO take an Uber home!! I’ve always had great experiences with this company and this experience just made me second guess EVER using this company. I will say the 2nd location I picked my truck up was very apologetic but the money I had to waste on top of having to pay for extra mileage to bring the truck to and from the moving site exceeded all of the apologies. Truly disappointed

This location was unique with all of the storage units and trucks in between and the lady that helped me was very quiet and reserved. It was neither a good experience, nor a bad experience but it was nice that there was no one else there so I did not have to wait to get helped.

Horrible U-Haul franchisee. Made a $150 charge for something that never happened. Claims the mirror was broken, while it wasn't. Was extremely rude and nasty on the telephone (the owner of the U-Haul location). Wasn't even eager to listen normally. Most unpleasant and most deterring experience. Awful taste in the mouth from all this experience. Wandering why is U-Haul tolerating such providers who tarnish their name and reputation.

I had submitted a request for an rental van for 22 hours online. The rental was confirmed at a specific price and I was told I could have self-service pick up. There was no self-service pick up, and when I returned the van, I was told I was being charged an additional 50 USD because there is no overnight rental at the end of the month. No one at the rental location told me this, or informed me I would have to return early. I feel completely coned and will not work with U-Haul ever again.

Main issue I saw was computer organization. My personal issue was minor, but I was told to bring the van back at 2:30 when I had paid for time until 3:00. I read similar issues and noticed other customers were having problems with their reservations, so it might be worth looking into. Your staff was very positive and attentive, as well :) 2 thumbs up!
