Hi I don't think I have driven that many millage. I forgot to take a picture. They charged me for 57 miles. To me it's doesnt seem right because I just made a local studio move. Because they want me to leave. They said they will email me receipt. But the millage It doenst make sense. The Price went high from 50$ to 150$. Thanks

The personnel at StorageFox were helpful and friendly, but I was using two different services there at the same time. I was there to Store my belongings AND I was there to return the U-Haul 15" truck. This is what probably led to some confusion. My plans for storing my belongings at a location in Long Island did not work out as anticipated, so I chose another strategy and decided to look for a storage facility. Online I discovered StorageFox at 5601 Foster Ave. Upon arriving at StorageFox at 10:30 am, I discovered that StorageFox was also U-Haul return location. The StorageFox manager assured me that we could drop off the U-Haul truck at his location but we had yet to unload the truck. The truck was due at 1:45 pm and we completed the unload at 1:30 pm; however, at 1:30 pm the manager was gone on break and a newer employee was at the desk. The newer employee informed me that he did not know how to fill out the computer entry of the U-Haul information and that the manager would complete it when he returned. The manager returned and completed the information, but he filled out the time at which he completed the information, not the time at which we had actually turned in the truck. As a result we were billed for an extra day. The newer employee was there when we returned the truck and knows when we were actually out of the truck. Immediately after the return we left StorageFox with an Uber cab and that transaction is on record so we were not at the StorageFox facility at 3:00 pm, which is the time recorded on the U-Haul Return Form. Additionally, I was called by the Jericho-Turnpike facility and informed that I had the responsibility for returning the truck to their location in Long Island, but that was after I had already returned the truck and left the 2601 Foster Ave. facility. Their facility was nowhere listed on my email documentation. But to be fair, I did NOT call 1-800-Go-Uhaul after completing my unload because I was already at a U-Haul Return facility and it had been confirmed that there was no problem in returning my rental to the 5601 Foster Ave. location.

Overall the attendants are ok, but one in particular seems bored with the job. He is the person who checked me out when I rented the uHaul. The other attendants are fine.

Do not use this location to drop off. After returning the rental online, realized it isn't a 24 hour drop off location. Called customer service, they advised to bring back the key tomorrow. My mom brought back the key, they refused to take it, I went down later, after a few more phone calls and rude employee they finally took the truck that was already returned. This Storage Fox place should have nothing to do with uhaul, horrible.

There's always room for improvement but there's not much to improve on The facility is clean and organized, you offer complimentary quality refresheshments and your staff from Jonathan on, is AMAZING( please treat your staff well so that they stay on for future customers). I have no complaints and again the courteous, professional and engaging staff just highlights my experience as a consumer. I've inquired as to what the age range for employment is as I'd love my children to work in such a pleasing environment and unfortunately they are a tad too young?? Keep up the good work and remember your staff represents your business and as such, your facility at Foster Ave and 56th St. is awesome!!!!!! Thank you, N. McCarthy

Renting the truck was quite easy but my issues began after I returned the truck that evening. When I got home I noticed a charge on my credit card that wasnt approved by me. It was used by a employee at that location, which saddened me because it felt good seeing young men standing behind that counter instead of on a street corner. I cancelled my card, filed a police report & called the companies that my card was used for those fraudulent purchases. Im extremely disappointed in the actions of whichever employee made their employer look very bad & made me lose trust in ever renting from Uhaul again!!!

mobile check in is a big fail takes forever and then you still have to go to the counter, where they told me 'we don't do mobile check in here' even though i was offered the option when booking rental.

Jonathan did a fantastic job. I came in with a reservation and was on a time crunch. U haul customer service told me there was an after hours drop off here and I wouldn't have a problem getting a truck. The person at customer service took my information wrong and was not honest about the after hours. Once I came in I was told the truck I rented was not available due to people keeping the truck late. Jonathan offered me another, cheaper vehicle which worked for me. He also said he would stay until I was able to bring the truck back. I got back 5 minutes before closing. Jonathan went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it.

There should be more than one person working at the desk. One person should be designated to work with UHAUL customers when they arrive. Therefore, when I get the truck half an hour later, I should be expected to return it in the 4 hours allotted to me. Not 3 1/2.
