I waited on line over an hour to get the keys to my uhaul & this wait caused me to have to rush to my location with a dirty van, I had no time to wait and get the dirty van attended to, due to all employees being busy. Once the van was returned. the employee requested I clean the van or be charged.

I called made a appointment over the phone registered online for express pick up at the location I was there 7am before the location opened and was told I would be able to get my truck at that time via code and lockbox instead I had to wait till the store opened to find out my reservation was canceled for no reason at all and had to redo the whole process which cost me more time the truck I received was dirty and beat up outside and inside And it didn’t drive too well there were other much nicer and cleaner trucks of the same size on location but I didn’t make a fuss about it because I was already behind schedule due to having to repeat the whole booking process the representative couldn’t offer a explanation as to why my original reservation was canceled and was very short with me as if I did something wrong by asking why was I and my family are repeat customers of this location and from now on we will take out business elsewhere

Better customer service. The person helping me was confused and had to enter my information multiple times. Then, they rang up my two rentals for equipment seperately by accident. The process took me over 40 minutes to process my information on the computer. Also, there is no customer parking during your rental.

My check in experience was not going well and I spoke with Mr. Curtis Jenkins and he was able to defuse the situation. Upon returning the equipment I told Mr. Curtis that I would only return to that location because he’s working there. I was very satisfied with his demeanor.

reserved a 20 ft was not told until I got there that they only had 17ft which at this time it's to late to make another reservation. so I had to make 2 trips which cause me to go over my miles.

I fell as if I was scammed out of the $20 night drip off fee It was not explained to me that the process required photos before dropping the keys off. There was no way to enter the information without the photos once t6e keys were returned and you left the premises.

Trailer had been freshly washec but with a solvent that was still wet. I was not provided the trailer size that I requested even though the facility appeared to have several of the trailers that I requested. The cost to rent the larger trailer was obviously more and much higher than the cost of a trailer from Ohio to this facility just one year earlier.

The equipment was inadequate the walk around you do for yourself which I did and posted my photos detailing the damages which on the truck one of the being the passenger right hand side fender and door the i then proceeded to leave getting in on the drivers side I had no one with me to get in on the passenger side until I reached Queens and that’s when we noticed the door falling off the hinges we had to enter in from the drivers side and climb over I brung the truck back for return explaining to the workers of the situation they Ben to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t check the door I said who ever did your intake from the last renter or your cleaning crew should have known that it was not to be put back on the road instead your renting out unsafe equipment I ask for a manager they said they had non on duty I had to come back in the morning I didn’t close out the contract I came back explained and showed him the problem and told him how the two employees spoke to me carrying on very disrespectful to me a customer so all he did was apologize and took off the the rental fee I feel for all that o went through I should have been waved of all charges he still charged me the mileage I was on my way to work waited long enough but I should be reimbursed on the full charges for unsafe equipment and the rude disrespectful employees jumping down my throat last night I would greatly appreciate it if I was fully refunded
