When a customer declined something I think you should the clients instead of going to have to charge him anyway I was Robbed for $900 For something they call coverage after I declined it when I first took the truck people before you sign and make sure you read that paper or else they will steal your money without you knowing

Woman who processed my order had an attitude like I was wasting her time. When I brought it back another one saw me coming in but walked away. I went to the office and she said wait. As I pulled into the driveway to wait she's just standing doing nothing. When she sees me she comes running out yelling "I said wait". You got some NASTY PEOPLE working there.

I called to get a van on Saturday I was told one was available 4 p.m.... When I arrived there was NO van and I could not get one until the following morning 10 a.m. The van I DID get was filthy ... The paperwork stated the tank was full when it in fact only had 3/4 tank ... Overall terrible experience

It was really slow. A long line of people and not a lot of people to help customer service wise. When I did speak with a representative she was great, it just took so long to speak with her. You definitely need more help on the weekends.

I originally reserved a truck at another location but when I arrived I was told no trucks were available and was sent to the king's highway location. I accepted and patiently walked a mile to the king's highway location and when I arrived I still had to wait in a long line regardless of my reservation. When I asked how the clerk was doing she replied "DON'T ASK!" When I greeted another employee on the way out she replied "CAN I CLOCK IN FIRST?!" When I asked the gentleman outside where I should wait for the truck he replied, "GIVE ME A MINUTE. JUST WAIT OK??"...You get where I am going with this. I was exhausted BEFORE I had to move because of all this. I was polite and patient and was not treated the same way. Thank you for the truck but I hope some changes occur in the future at this location. If the truck isn't available please call or text the person in advanced so they don't show up to nothing. Greet with a smile and show care/concern for your customers... Etc. Thank you.

This location was not my original reservation; the original location (Arminda Service Station 1740 Atlantic Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11213 (718) 778-3896) did not have the truck I reserved or my reservation and did little to offer solutions when I showed proof on the U-Haul app. The customer service rep attempted to change my rental date while I was at the pickup spot to another date and location in a different borough. Luckily I had my original email confirmation to show that this system change was not my confirmed reservation. The worst overall experience ever. Delayed by close to 2 hours because of incompetence and indifference of original pickup center at Arminda Service Station 1740 Atlantic Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11213 (718) 778-3896.

I've used UHAUL before but never had more problems than I did this time around. My reservation was moved to a different location without any notification and once I went to that location, the extra supplies I request were not available as they had been promised. It was very disappointing. The pick up location was fine service-wise but overall, working with UHAUL as a company was extremely frustrating.

Explanation was rushed and not explained properly. This is a result of the fact the customer service rep was attending to four different customer at the same time and rush through the contract and did not have time ti answer my question.

I did not receive the $30 credit that Curtis, of the Kings Highway location, quoted me since the car rental before me did not arrive by 3:30 per my original order. My original reservation was a one-way rental. However, i had to do return the van at the same location. Curtis guaranteed a credit of $30 for the inconvenience and the cab fare. Please credit me the $30.

After reserving well in advance, for moving out of town when I went to pick up the truck I was told it I had to return the vehicle back to the same location. Even after explaining I was leaving the city, I explained there wasn't any options for one-way and having use uhual in the past I wasn't aware you couldn't return all vans to any location, when I asked how could I get a one-way van I was told to call the 800 number, which wasn't helpful as you'd expect the uhaul worker to try and help resolve the issue. I tried calling the 800 number and waited on hold and no one picked up. I had no choice but to use the uhaul Van that was going to another uhaul storage facility in a different town, and incurred doubled the charge on miles plus the add in town fees and triple the time bc it took 24hrs to do all the traveling/moving in order to return it back to the same pick up location. I will not use a uhaul again or suggest others to use it after this experience it was Terrible and the flatbush employee did not try to help at all, along with an 800 number that didn't provide any customer service.
