There is NOT enough staff, I waited for 2 hours then I was given the wrong equipment and because it was close to closing time the guy that service the equipment outside was rude and and abrupt. I WILL NEVER RENT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.. ALSO my trailer was put on in a rush and I had to come back the next day to fix the problem and i lost a day of usage. NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF

I have charged for usage of the truck that has a breakdown the brake clip couldn't fly for the brake couldn't release and now I'm charged for unused of your company problems and I need the re embursement of my money back to my card why all these oppression of dishonesty. I look forward for my refund and because of uhall default I was charge for not returning the dolly come on be fair my recommendation will not be applied to customers

The people who work there are friendly and the experience was good overall, but there was a 45 minute line. They told me they are always busy, but that night one computer was broken and another was not working because they have wireless computer mice that were out of batteries and they had no replacements. That is silly!

This location was perfect and the general manager was exceptional. However the over all UHaul experience outright SUCKED!!! The customer service UHaul has were inconsiderate and very rude. UHaul scheduled or slowed me to schedule equipment that was not available. I hadn't to go to three locations to pick up my trailer. The MAIN UHAUL number was horrible never will I use them again. And I have been a return customer!!!!!!!!!! UHaul should work on addressing their main house. The distributors are awesome. But your customer service and district sites are miserable and SUCKKKKKKKKKKK.

My original location and time of the reservation was changed at the very last minute, a night before. It screwed up my entire day and delayed my move to Boston, where I had a very tight allowed window to move in. I had to take Uber to a new location at the cost of $25 instead of it being right across the street. I would like a manager call at 617-797-0434

Had a reservation for 11:30am for a Van fir 6 hours. Arrived promptly at 11:25am as I already did the online check-in that was to "cut my time by 50%". There were 9 people ahead of me on line and only one person working the counter. I did not get checked in until 12:10! and the woman at the counter (who was very polite) told me I had to have the van back by 5:30. When I said that wasn't fair since I had been on line for over 40 minutes she finally agreed to let me bring it back at 6:00. I understand it was the first of the month and a busy moving day, but as a business that deals with moving trucks you should be prepared and have more staff working.

The location of my pickup was changed to a location 3 miles away from the stated location on my original reservation, which required an additional 30 minutes of travel, thereby delaying my reservation by 30 minutes. I was given notice an hour prior to this change, which was not sufficient notice to modify my travel arrangements to the pickup location. In all, I received poor customer service upon my arrival to the Uhaul location to pickup my reserved van and was made to wait, without adequate service on how to proceed with getting my van.

It's to time consuming from the time you enter until you leave. It should take not longer than 5to 7 minutes to complete a transaction. I have been to this location twice and it took upwards of 25 minutes to complete the transaction. If your business is to grow, time management must be explored.
