In my initial order, I reserved 2 furniture dollies. When I arrived to the location, there were none available. I was moving a piano with a tight time constraint and had to use my time to go and buy a dolly. I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience, cost, and lack of accuracy of the reservation system.

Really poor service. This Uhaul location is also a gas station. So while tending to Uhaul customers, they are also tending to customers at the gas station, which causes significant delays. The Uhaul attendant charged me for a dolly, which they did not carry, and only after I noted it, did he try to remove it from my bill. However, the removal process took 20 minutes, causing even more delays for what was originally a long wait. If possible, try another Uhaul location to rent your equipment.

Store was closed for 1st reservation. Called and rebooked me at second store. I took a cab. They closed early. Had to go to a third store. Took 30min at that point to get my truck with no one in line. Overall 2 hours of wasted time and 3 cabs

There isn't too much you can do to improve a pick up area in Brooklyn. They service people there were very nice and helpful. When I thought that I had left my shirt in the truck they contacted me as soon as the truck returned from its next trip and let me know it was not there. They went above expectations!

I need someone to contact me in regards to the charges made on my credit card. It shows that I was charged twice for the gas I got at the station and then for the estimate mileage ($77) when I only should have been charged for what I actually drove so $41. Overall the service was okay but not well organized - I was given the wrong van at first and another customer and I had to figure out that we should switch.

We made a reservation for a van. When we arrived there was no van. The attendants on hand were rude and crude and did not care. We had to call Uhaul directly and waste almost an hour on the phone to find a van. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will never use Uhaul again and I will make sure that everyone I know, and the people they know will never use your service again.

I was a little nervous about driving the 15' foot truck but the guys reasured me that I would be ok. The store representative explained everything in well detail (fees, gas tank location, etc)

Seemed like it took an awful long time to process the pick up (20 minutes with just two people ahead of me). I don't know if they were having computer problems, or what. Other than that, everything was fine.

The truck provided had a broken engine and needed to be towed. My employees had to sit around for hours waiting for another truck, costing me a fortune for nothing. The second truck was more expensive then the original. Absolute terrible experience.

My experience renting the van was very smooth, however, I received a call from the location the morning of my rental saying that my vehicle would not be available to pick up until an hour and a half after my reservation time. In my confirmation email, it said that my reservation was guaranteed or I would receive $50. I would like to know how to claim that $50.

I had to wait almost an hour for my pick-up due to an error with the system, which wasn't the fault of the guys who were working there. I'm usually pretty patient and understanding about these things, so I'm not complaining about that. But while I was waiting, I saw the guys working there be SO RUDE to so many different customers. Like, these guys did not know how to do their jobs nor interact with customers, it was baffling. They were perfectly nice to me actually, but I eventually got a phone call from U-Haul directly being like um, your issue has been fixed and has been for over ten minutes, but no one at the location is answering the phone. So honestly, I'm not even positive I didn't wait so long because these guys didn't know what they were doing. Please retrain so they know how to talk to customers.
