Terrible service, long wait even when booked in advanced. No one could answers questions pertaining to the UHAUL. The uhaul only had half a tank of gas when we received it and we only went 3.3 miles and dropped it off and the person in charge of the uhaul was yelling at me to fill the tank like I received it but the problem was I did not receive it with a full tank. The straps needed to secure my precious items were non existent in the truck after we made sure to let them know that it was very important to get a truck that has. Lastly, not following COVID guidelines the TRUCK EVEN where the driver and passengers were suppise to be was absolutely filthy, and sticky. So disgusting. If we could rate stars it would be a 1/5 and 1 because the truck got me to my destination and back.

U-Haul needs to talk to the people working at that gas station. I went there to pick up the keys for my rental and they kept insisting me to call the customer service number. After about an hour trying to get through the customer service I had the manager call them and they took my business. Terrible experience from both the gas station and U-Hauls customer service.

The representative needs to do rentals on a computer and not a phone. Also, the representative needs to ask customers if they want insurance and not just place it on their contact. I declined the insurance during online check-in, but discovered I had been charged for it when I got my final bill. This is a poor display of customer service and in my opinion FRAUD. I am highly disappointed.

Reserved a medium truck and dolly weeks ahead of time. The location told me they didn't have my reservation even though it was confirmed with U-Haul. The guy at the counter kept letting customers go ahead of me at his deli. I was 45 min late for my move. He finally gave me a small truck, no dolly. BS! U-Haul shouldn't claim to have reservations when they don't. I would have hired movers, bought a dolly, or gone with another company had I any notice.

the owner requested we turn in the uhaul early for a fictitious second renter. he then charged us an extra cleaning fee even though the entire truck was clean as we hired pro movers and we personally dropped off the truck. we drove it for NINE miles. that's it. we are going the legal route.

Waited an hour b4 truck was turned over. When we recieved the truck unbeknownst to the proprietor there was a homeless gentlemen sleeping in the back and we had to wait 15 more minutes.for it to be cleaned out. The proprietor seemed to be more concerned about his lotto business. The restroom was far from sanitary. Not sure why i was sent to this location i have used uhaul many times and the location at foster ave and kings highway always provided excellent customer service and a clean caring enviorment.

Customer service was horrible, being nice would be great. The truck should be ready when customers come , not homeless people sleeping in the back. The person who is assisting you should not be treating to overcharge you if you are extending your rental. After all is more money for the company. The vehicle air condition must work, especially in hot days.
