This drop off location was super sketchy. It was not in a great part of town. I called five times about potentially dropping off outside of hours (8-5) and no one answered. When we got there to drop it off, the “open” sign was on but the front windows were covered in metal and the doors were chained shut. It was super weird. We dropped off the truck, furniture pads, and dolly but there was no way to lock the back of the truck and so I’m hoping those things don’t get stolen because this is a bad part of town. We took pictures and uploaded them to prove we left them there when returning the truck online. It was disappointing that the drop off situation was so stressful, because moving cities in one day is already stressful enough. Uhaul costs a significant amount of money and it is disappointing that this is the quality of service provided.
