The truck had a strong smell of urine, but it was clean. It's gas tank wasnt full, which caused a great inconvenienced forcing us to make a stop at to pump gas under the rain. Also, the contract wasnt fully explained to us nor the office hours of the location.

Arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after scheduled and confirmed time. Everything was packed, broken down and ready to go, it took an hour and a half to load a bed, dresser, night stand, coffee table, love seat, sofa two end tables and 15 boxes and there were two of them. To top it off, my bed frame has scratches and gouges where it was dragged. They sent two extra people to help unload the truck or I wouldn't have gotten the truck back before the uhaul closed. The uhaul had a client that couldn't use the truck when I was supposed to be done because of the pace and lateness of the crew.

Strange location and a little tricky to get to. We went to the wrong Uhaul since there are several in very close proximity. Frustrating mistake when you are trying to coordinate the movers and getting across town.

Getting the truck not fully filled up and having to try to return it on the same gas level is confusing to me. Why not handing it out fully filled, then everyone knows how much to fill up in the end.

It took a half hour to complete the paperwork and get our vehicle. They said the computer was slow. This was not acceptable to us as we arrived exactly as we said we would and had someone waiting for us and we were late. The clerk was very apologetic, but that still does not make up for lost time. I also called this location specifically for a van and the night before we were to get the vehicle they called and said a van was not available. I understand things happen, but we ended up with a much bigger vehicle, paid more for gas and more for insurance.

I picked up the truck and I was told to return it with the same amount of gas. I was told by the clerk the amount of gas the truck apparently had but it didn't register with me. By the way, the clerk never went out to see the truck or check the gas for herself. I took a look and it was on the line just below full. After doing my moving, I stopped by the gas station and put two gallons of gas. I had driven 15 miles and the needle pointed to the same spot that it was when I picked up the truck. I know it probably doesn't take 2 gallons to drive 15 miles in that truck, that would be very unproductive for all involved. When I got back to the location, I was told that it was not enough gas. It was lower than where it was when I picked it up. The clerk confirmed I had driven only 15 miles but she said I was going to be charged $10 for gas anyhow. Really? I spent over a dollar for every mile I drove in gas. Incredible!! I was very disappointed. I don't believe the clerk really checked the amount of gas that the truck actually had. I had been a customer of U-Haul for a long time. I don't think I'm going back to U-Haul.

It's a little challenging to find the place the first time you go there. It's worth it to add special instructions on how best to access the location -- what streets to use, etc.

Before I went to this location I brought along my paper work which I downloaded, I was trying to tell her that I got all these paper work and rudely answered that she does not need them. The rep at this location is rude, obnoxious, disrespectful and does not deserve to be dealing with customers. She's even questioning me on my time of arrival and return of the pickup truck considering the rental is minimum of 4 hours. I was asking her for her name and rudely answers me " it in the receipt " This person is a liability to your company. Hopefully this will not go in deaf ears and do something. In other words customer service at this location needs considerable improvement especially for this rep.

Rented a van from 10:15-2:15. Was told that the woman would be on lunch from 2-3 and therefore I would not be not able to return my van at 2:15. She was at first very kind and said that we could return it anytime after 3pm since she would be back. I called at 3:05 to let her know we were on our way. She snapped that she had another couple waiting for the van at 3:15...what? I didn't get the van back to her until 3:30 because I was too far away, she was extremely rude and said the other customers left because I was "late." No, if she had told me that morning that she had another reservation at 3:15, I would have returned the van at that time. Instead she was incredibly rude to me and then even ruder when I told her I didn't want the van for another four hours. I will never rent from here again. Awful experience.

We had a van reserved at 2:00. Arrived at 2:15 to find the office closed for lunch until 3:00. No van was available at the site... took the next largest vehicle. By the time we got the vehicle traffic was too bad to make our delivery commitment. Returned the vehicle... would like a credit.

The whole area of the place even thou convenient for me has gated entrance and many signs that are good for the military base but not for truck rental.

These people were not accommodating when I figured that I couldn't make it on time! I was driving +70 miles to get there & had no idea they closed at 5pm! If I hadn't called to double check I would've driven all that distance in vain! Then they charged me an arm & a leg for the extra miles that I had to drive cause THEY fell short of a good customer service! I much rather not deal with them anymore.
