I asked how to move the seat up. They don't know how to do it or cannot even answer it cannot be move up. They were moving things around and the back seat hit my head really hard. When I got to Mt destination. There is no way to open the back door. So I tried to unlock the from the front seat. That did not work. I called the place I rented to. They can't help me out. The person said someone is going to call me right back and hang up the phone. 30 minutes later still no call back. I have to figure out how to open the side door from the back. There. Was a little opening to open unlock the the door. I was an inch short to open . I have to squeeze my whole arm to open it hurt a little bit but I got to open it 50 minutes later. The people that work there has no knowledge. They are nice but no help at all. PS. They never showed me how to open the door. The key is not remote control. The only positive thing in is where the gas tank is how it works.

Door was locked and business unmanned with several customers waiting during business hours. Made the reservation several weeks in advance, so there was no question about pick up time. Had to call the posted phone # twice to get someone to respond, and the other customers had called with no answer at all. I had even visited the office the day before to make sure everything was OK with the reservation, but was told they didn't have a furniture dolly that was listed in my order. Very difficult experience.

There was a water bottle and papers left in the van. And when I arrived there was no one in the front office and had to call 3 or 4 times before I was able to get a hold of someone.

I thought the daily rental fee was $19.99? How was it $69.95 out the gate? I am glad 50 miles were included. I calculated it out to be $61.xx beforr tax at the $19.99 rate. At 99c a mile I expected to put in at least 70 miles, so overall I AM happy it came out to less than $100 including gas.

This place was unorganized and they double charged me on my credit card while I was moving. In order for me to get the refund I had to return to the place to do it. Oh and also they also charged me for a second dolly. Unbelievable.

I have had a nice experience chatting with the agent, this was the second time i used u-haul the truck was not on full and there was items left in the truck. however the agent did not charge me the four miles that i used the truck for, and she is a very pleasant conversationalist. Overall the experience was ok.

No one in charge..just complained about being late..excessive phone calls even after the equipment was dropped off..charges for late fee, over and above the extra day excessive..I am already paying for the extra day..no need to pound harder for money...greedy attitude. Moving is a stressful situation. Lack of understanding of why someone can be late is not a good thing.

Parking and maneuvering room is very limited but, hey, this is San Francisco. The agent was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The equipment was in outstanding operational condition and physical appearance.

This place gives U-Haul a bad name. First of all, very difficult to find. Secondly, no moving supplies available. Thirdly, the truck only had a quarter tank of gas when we picked it up and it was filthy inside. Crumbs inside cup holders, soda and energy drink cans underneath the seats, etc. Receptionist should dress more professionally as well. We wouldn't come back to this location. Now we can see why the Yelp reviews for this location are so negative.
