Trailer was not ready when I got there Had to wait while he pulled it out Confusion on if the trailer could go 1 way Took over an hour to get out the door with the trailer. Uhaul was not organized well enough The delay I had was terrible for my timing I had planned They were late on opening

I was told to make a reservation online, so I did. I made it for 9:30 AM for the Reseda Blvd location for a big, 20 ' truck. -The place wasn't opened until 10.... -They didn't find any reservation, although I have a print out RESERVATION NUMBER to prove it. -They didn'tt have a big truck. SHAME ON YOU UHAUL.Moving is very important and 99 % of the time has to happen in a specific time (expired lease and need to move out, time off from work etc), so you cannot be so unprofessional an disgustingly casual about it.

Yesenia is a superstar!! First time went to the shop, needed the truck to pickup some inventories from my vendors. She was very helpful at the time of renting and at the time of returning. Will come back again for sure.

The location was fine, all of the employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. Dealing with the reservation was a headache. Apparently just because you call to reserve a truck doesn’t mean you actually reserve a truck and they don’t tell you until the night before your “reservation” that the truck you “reserved” is no longer available.

U-Haul kept adding more charges onto my credit card, over and above the original deal, with no notification or explanation. Four additional charges just showed up in my bank account. I will not be using U-Haul again; I'm very unhappy with the company's financial behavior.

You have a sign out with an arrow pointing, saying (drop off equipment) but the parking space wasn’t big enough to drop off a truck. Better planning needs to be done

I have used other U-Haul locations in the Canoga Park area, and this one is by far the best!!! The owner, Yessenia Crooks, answered all my questions and provided fast, friendly, and fair service. I would recommend this location any time!!!

Vince was great for waiting for me. My only issue is the customer service. When people are potentially trying to spend their hard earned money at your business, it is important for the EMPLOYEE to be a representative of that company in a professional manner. THERESA, who I talked to via phone from U-HAUL, yelled at me multiple times and threatened me. When I amicably and articulately explained my stance, she then felt she needed to apologize over and over again because she said she realized how rude and "bitchy" she was. However, if I was a more angry or pessimistic customer, I could have flipped on her. Instead I accepted her apology and let her know that she is a representative of U-haul, not her own attitude and ego. I am just a customer that spent $130 and am trying to get help. Be more empathetic.

Owner was rude and a liar. Had a scheduled pick up time for 8am I was there knocking on the door at 8 and no one was there. Left and called back at 8:30. Guy told me he was there at 8 am and he absolutely was not. I received a lot of attitude from this man.

When I inquired about what time they open, it said 7am, we got to return location at 7:30 am and no one was showing up until 9...and the return location was not conducive to returning a 26ft with a car hauler on back, there was absolutely no where to park it...very frustrating and felt very stupid as we are new in town and didn't know what to do.
