The location was very disorganized. The only trained person was not working and someone by phone was guiding the person I worked with. I didn't know there was a rear hook to connect to the rear of the car. There was a snow storm over Christmas and the trailer was frozen to the ground so the guys used a bobcat to lift it and break it free. The young lady who helped with paperwork figured it all out and did well with limited knowledge and help over the phone. The experience did not give me confidence in this location. This was a used car lot that just happens to rent uhauls.
