I don't know if the oil was checked before I got it but I had to put a quart in it other than that the truck ran good I was surprised how good it climbed the hills

I was really upset getting there at 8am and being turned away because the guy didnt know how to do the uhaul stuff... had to wait there till 9am for the lady to show up then of course the lengthy process of paperwork.

We made arrangements in Casa Grande Az. To pick up a 26 ft truck in Roseburg Or. (long in advance) we checked with the U-haul in Roseburg the day before, they said we must pick it up in Winchester Or. as they did not have it. We received a call later that day saying we would need to pick the truck up in Canyonville Or. 26 miles S. this is just not okay. The U-haul in Casa Grande has been wonderful. Roseburg should take lessons,
